I can’t thank Dr. Holt and her staff enough for how kindly they treated us and our Darla. We aren’t regular clients, but they fit us in on a booked Saturday. They didn’t rush us, and our baby was treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. Darla was so much more than just a pet. She was a part of our family for so long, and we are incredibly grateful to you all.

We were in area for short time for classes and had to put our sweet girl down. The staff was very caring and professional. They handled everything for us we got our baby girl cremated and we were able to come get her right away. She now rests in a beautifully hand carved wooden urn. With nose and paw print card. Thank you for being so good at your job made our life little better in such a hard time.

Honestly we have been taking our three dogs here since we moved here! I love the vets and the staff here. There are always so accommodating and they will do their best to get an appointment for your fur baby. They also provide boarding for dogs and cats which I know would give me peace of mind if my dogs were to get sick while we were out of town. I love how they make sure to check prices with you before treatment they are also willing to help you when treating your animals as well. I have never had a bad experience here and will be sad when we have to move because I found such great care for my dogs!

Took my dog in because she was in pain and couldn’t walk. Doctor said it was a pulled muscle and gave her some pain meds and said she’d get better in a few days. She wasn’t getting better so I called and asked if we could do a follow-up. Receptionist said “the doctor just relooked at the X-rays and doesn’t see anything but you can take her to auburn if you want” ?¿¿ took her to another vet who did the proper testing and she had autoimmune meningitis so no she was never going to just “get better” until she was cured. Completely dismissive practice. Especially because female Bernese mountain dogs are very prone to getting this so idk why she didn’t have that on her differential.

I have to change my review ....It was 5 stars over 2 years ago....the vet changed to a woman named Rene.....she was the coldest most heartless vet I have ever met. My mother's dog was diagnosed with Lymphoma. I talked her into bringing her here. What a mistake!!! The vet gave no resources, referrals, or advice of any kind. She was rude when I asked her and then she just walked out of the room!!!!! Not only did my mother vow to never bring her dog back ....I pulled my 2 dogs and 2 cats from their service. I can't help but think if this was my dog and she did me the way she did my mother I would have lost it!!!
Heatless ...cold....horrible.....I will never recommend this vet or ever take my animals here again. I can't even express the devastation already felt from hearing such tragic news and then have the vet act like it was a bother!!!!!! done ...and done. I hope the business eventually shuts down.....I recommend if you love your babies as much as we love ours BEWARE....Heatless B#tch will be in the room!!!!! Below is my original post from 2 years ago: Make note ....HE NOT SHE

Greatest Vet ever. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and explained everything about my puppy being sick. By the time we left my puppy was actually up and wagging his tail.( For 2 days he was so sick, vomiting, diarrhea, wouldn't eat or drink, lethargic. I thought he had parvo.)
It was not just the personal treatment you receive, which is "top notch", but very inexpensive. They did tests, administered medication and an IV of fluids, plus medicine to take home and it was $118. So you can get a Vetinarian that treats you like your human and at an affordable price. Who can beat that!!!
