Sweet boy just got home from his first visit at 30th Street Animal Hospital. Anyone who relates to our situation can understand how stressful vet visits can be. Especially when it’s a new person and new place. It’s challenging with a timid, fear reactive dog.
He’s always had great care everywhere we’ve gone, but this clinic really blew the other places away.

30th Street Animal Hospital truly has a kind and professional staff. I’ve never had a more positive experience, not just in veterinary care, but in any setting regarding customer service. EVERY single person we talked to or who saw him made the experience incredible. They were patient and gentle with him, they moved at his pace and it actually ended up being the shortest visit we’ve ever had even though they were just as thorough.

He did wonderful. As scared as he was, he remained so calm and didn’t even bark or growl once, only when I told him to speak at the end to say thank you. I know he’s made progress over the last couple of months, but the atmosphere there really helped.

Dr. Samland and the vet tech Malia are angels. I’m so glad our neighbors suggested this place. They even comforted me when my grief for my beloved dog Copper came up and assured me I did the right thing for him. Even though they didn’t know him, they comforted me. TC at the front desk and everyone up there with him also contributed to the good vibes.

I will recommend them forever and we will most definitely be back!

Love this place! Every time I come in, TC always knows both my name and my cat's name! I always have Dr. Smith and he's a very calming presence for nervous animals. My cat trusts him for sure. My tech assistant last time I was there was Lizzy, and she was very friendly and helpful as well. Thanks guys!
