They took a look at my Great Dane and through the entire process was there and looking out for both him and us. We ultimately decided to let him go and about a week later we had a card in the mail from the vet talking about how she could see how much he meant to us with a bag of Forget Me Nots in it. This is the best vet I have ever dealt with and have mentioned them to many of my friends and coworkers because Haynes Road Animal Hospital truly cares.

I'm so disappointed in the direction this practice has taken. I've been coming here for nearly 20 years. The care has always been excellent, but the costs have become rapacious. While I understand that costs have gone up across the board, they have mysteriously increased at a MUCH higher rate here. I now routinely have emergency vet bills that are lower than what Haines Road changes for a sick cat visit--including at BluePearl! I'm only still coming here because I have an elderly cat with a complicated history and they know him well. Once he's gone, I will absolutely be switching vets.

Haines road is a rip off! My husband was just charged 1152% more for our dogs medication than if I had gone through their website. I can understand a mark up, but 1152%!!!! They won't allow me to return it, even though I haven't opened the bag it came in, nor will they match their online price.

I've given them so much grace the past few years, even stuck by them after our favorite vet, Dr. Vicente sold the practice & left. Between paying $67 to take my dogs blood pressure and the pharmacy's greed, I've had enough and will be looking for a new vet. It doesn't pay to be loyal, even after 16 years 🙁

Thank you so much to the staff of Haines Rd Animal Hospital for everything they did for me when I made the difficult decision to put my chihuahua down. They were so kind and caring the day of. Following that I received a signed sympathy card in the mail. The cremation was also handled so wonderfully and I received in a beautiful carved box with her ashes inside along with a certification of the cremation. It also came with a clay paw print as an added keepsake. This has meant so much to me and I appreciate all the support during this difficult time.

This place and their employees are the best ever. We have a 6 week old puppy that was very sick, they got us in there on super short notice and treated my family with the upmost respect and made us feel so welcomed. They got Ludo puppymans the destroyer fixed up perfectly. He's on his way to recovery happy and healthy. Thanks again to the staff for everything you did for my family. Fantastic staff. Our Daisy girl was recently diagnosed with Addison's disease. It was an extremely scary time when she was going through addisonian crisis and we thought we were going to lose our girl. Dr Koepke is an absolute angel. She was with us through every step of the diagnosis. It wasn’t an easy one to find since this disease is know as the “great pretender” and can look like many other illnesses. Dr. K, as well as all the techs that guided us through her road to recovery showed so much compassion, knowledge and kindness. From the bottom of our hearts we are eternally grateful !! We will continue to see our wonderful vet for years to come, how much she cares about our Daisy is so comforting!

My dog gets wonderful care at Edge Animal Hospital. This past week he was very sick. Dr. Volker's saw him Thursday, Friday and Monday and kept in touch to get us through a tough weekend. Thanks to excellent care he is much better and improving every day.
