Realmente me decepcione,tenia mi cita para un examen físico a las 11 am y yo seguía esperando a la 1pm sin ser atendida,lastima que pagas recien llegas,si no me hubiera ido,no se si les falte personal ó porque pasa esto,pero deja mucho que desear su servicio?

Love this place. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. Everyone there is super professional and nice. The app is so easy to use and eliminates filling out forms and endless questions at the office. Easy to get and appointment and much better than visiting my primary physician. Some people have complaints about billing, but I think that may be their insurance. I have Blue Cross. On both visits I have been billed $30 copayfor a general visit and that’s it. Cheaper than what I would pay for a copay at urgent care or a specialist.

Staff was kind, friendly and professional. I was able to make an appointment easily. I will definitely come back if needed. I would recommend evening appts ( I went in at 6 pm). Parking was easy to find. And the wait was not long. I work as an RN so I understand that you won't always be seen on time. I was in and out within an hour! Kaiser urgent care had me waiting 5 hours at times.

The staff was not very kind or welcoming, but what really made me uncomfortable was their unprofessionalism. Not only did i wait in the waiting room for over an hour, for a scheduled appointment, during the check in process the staff member at the front asked why i was here in front of every other patient and i had to disclose information i wasn’t comfortable with everyone hearing which was also an invasion of privacy. The staff member did not seem to care at all. Lastly, this urgent care claims to be “LGBTQ+ Friendly” and support LGBTQ+ Health but their check in process is not Trans friendly at all. When scheduling the appointment on the website they ask you questions like “what was your assigned sex at birth” which then labeled you as a “Male” across all platforms which multiple staff members asked why it said Male during looking over my paperwork and it made several uncomfortable conversations. This also continued when the nurse stated she wanted me to take a pregnancy test and i tried to explain that won’t be needed because of my gender identity and that i was Trans. The nurse had no idea what to do or say because there is no place during the check in paperwork to put this important kind of information. This was such an uncomfortable visit for a Trans person who is just trying to get medical attention in a safe and private way.

I made an appointment for a sore throat an hour before I got there. Not a long wait at all. Everyone there was so nice especially the PA. He was so caring and helpful and really listened to what I told him was hurting most and did everything he could to help me feel better as fast as possible. Sent my prescription to the pharmacy right away that I was able to pick up on my way home as well as a list of recommended over the counter medication to help. 10/10

Very disappointed with their bedside manners… I came in with a respiratory cold like symptoms… the “doctor” prescribed me antibiotics without any testing and sent me to get a chest x-ray I still don’t have the results back.. one week later… she was in the room with me for less than 2 minutes. When I tried to ask her questions.. she seemed offended that I wasn’t just so easily willing to take the antibiotics without even getting a proper diagnosis. Not cool.

Came here for an urgent care appointment due to the convenient location for me, despite it being the less affordable option. Recalled decent service for vaccines in 2022 and hopes for a similar experience. Instead waited 2 hours past my appt time to see a PA, not an MD, and to receive treatment. Medication prescribed was incorrect for my problem, caused horrendous side effects, and I was not able to communicate with another physician by email or message without scheduling another costly appointment. This place is more of a boutique coffee shop selling the appearance of medicine than actually providing care. Do not waste your money.
