Diagnosed my dog with pyometra and had to have emergency surgery. My dog had been sick for some time and I thought she was just being lazy. After surgery, within 3 days she was back with high spirit. Just went back for staple removal and was given clean bill of health. I told the staff it was because of them I still have my dog today. Amazing care for both my pup and my kitty, the nurses here truly care about my animals and do everything they can to make sure my pets are as comfortable as possible. Both of my babies have gotten vaccinated, neutered, and treated here with no issues. They definitely are the clinic I come to for any concerns or health issues I have for all of my pets.

I took my dog here because I needed her to see a vet ASAP and her usual vet was booked. When I arrived, staff was super friendly at the front and it was all good. I got suspicious when they called me in and left me in a room with my dog for about 20 min and they come back saying “I just realized the scale is broken and I’m going to have to take your dog to weigh her and the doctor will examine her” (why would I be put in that room if they know the scale is broken and she didn’t find out that moment because she didn’t even touch it once). So I didn’t get to witness absolutely nothing. The doctor came to explain it was just irritation she would be fine. Then they send receptionist to go over pricing and they are telling me about exams she needs and they couldn’t prescribe the ointment without the exams. But I was asking for different options possibly a less dosage of medication or whatever the case may be since they clearly said she is fine. They basically said no that’s the only option (I asked to speak with the doctor because they just kept going in and out saying I’ll be back I’m going to ask the doctor). Long story short: they gave me no other option. Doctor never came back to speak to me. (Apparently doctor was busy with other patients, but how is that my problem when I am paying for my pet to see a doctor, what am I paying for then) A staff literally came in while I was talking to another staff and just cut me off and said “have them pay the exam so they can leave already” (very unprofessional). She called me disrespectful because I was honest and said it seems like you guys only care about money and not give pets the best care. I honestly felt they didn’t even examine my dog. Things got so bad and I was mistreated so badly that they called me a few hours later to apologize and even admitted that it was very bad that the doctor didn’t go in to explain things to me. They offered to bring me in for no cost to try other methods of medications, UMM THAT’S WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR WHEN I WAS THERE!!! I would never recommend this location to anyone. I trusted because I know this location has been here for yearsssss but biggest mistake ever.

Took my dog in to get shots this past weekend so I could take her to boarding over the 4th of July holiday. I didn't have an appointment but Abbey at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and got me in. There was a bit of a wait but theres a tv in the waiting area to stay occupied and the staff was great, the nurse that helped me was really helpful with making sure I got all the shots my dog would need.
