Good luck getting in touch with anyone at this pharmacy. The hormone specialist I work with sends my prescriptions here, however, I’m done. I’m tired of leaving messages and not getting a return call when I have questions. I could understand if it only happened once, but unfortunately that’s not been the case.

I just called for my first refill. The person who helped me was pleasant and informative. When I picked up my first month prescription I was pleased with the overall atmosphere of the pharmacy. It was very interesting to be able to see the back room where they were actually compounding everything. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. The second thing I noticed was that the staff member I was working with was very happy to be working there were laughing amongst themselves. Then I noticed that they had a lot of products in the area accessible to customers. I have always thought of myself as being fairly knowledgeable in the area of supplements but there were multiple supplements that I had never seen before which makes me want to go back and look around again.

Park Street location. Terrible customer service. No prescription refill alerts, they do what they want, not what the customer wants, regarding prescription delivery or pickup and payment method. My husband and I spoke to them repeatedly over 3-4 months about not receiving refill notices. They had the correct phone #, I only received delivery/pickup notice after I called in for refill. Refill notices are sent manually according to the girl at the counter. She said she would talk to manager, but I was never contacted by the manager and still did not get refill notice.

This place was absolutely incredible. It was my first time at a Compounding Pharmacy. I had an issue where my dogs prescription was a certain amount of milligrams and it was an emergency refill. I need it last minute and they were able to fill my prescription with the dose that he needed for his condition. I was able to give it to him right away, which means a lot to me. I would highly recommend. The staff there is really nice.

I was visiting family in Florida and forgot my medication at home, I contacted Bay Life Pharmacy and they were able to help me right away and even give me a consult with one of their pharmacist when I arrived. I also love their version of the medication better than what I had at home so I’ll be using them and have it shipped to me.
