I had to take my dog here for a sudden illness, since my own vet couldn’t get us in. Let me just say, everyone here was wonderful, from the time we were greeted at the front desk to the vet tech and
Dr Pauls. They immediately put me at ease and were awesome with my dog. I would recommend them to anyone.

After getting a puppy in March, we decided to start going here. Every interaction we have had with staff we were met with kindness & compassion. They answered all of my (many) questions with patience, and truly seem to care about the well being of our sweet dog.

Dr. Jordan I (I can't get his last name on the website) and Emily S, the technician, were awesome. I took my corgi in for what I thought was a botfly and they graciously pulled out some keratin from my dog's hindquarters. It was quick, painless and she had a good time... relative to the situation.

As a nurse, I wish I was half as friendly as these folks. They even called to check up on my pooch. A+.

I could not be more impressed with this hospital!! My first visit was Last month when my 17yo heeler got into rat poison. To say I was frantic is an understatement! The front desk got me in immediately, Dr. Vangurp literally held my hand through the entire appointment. She did not make me feel judged for my mistake and was above and beyond compassionate with me and my nervous dog. After leaving the appointment, the hospital checked in on Daisy multiple times which made me feel like everyone cared about her well being. Our follow up appointment with Dr. Isom was very professional. My poor dog was extremely nervous and they handled her with care and patience (even through two unexpected accidents on their table!). Dr. Isom and his techs answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will certainly be back and I recommend this hospital to everyone now!

Absolutely wonderful in every way! After taking my cat to the Longmont Small Animal Hospital for an urgent care visit I couldn’t be happier with the care and overall experience. Everyone is super happy and helpful! They really explain everything in a way you can understand. You can tell these people all care about the animals so much! I found my new go to place! Thank you all from me and my cat Roe!!!

I can not speak highly enough about this vet office. So professional, kind and compassionate. Everyone I have dealt with goes above and beyond to accommodate all my questions and requests for my fur babies. The front desk staff are a dream to deal with! Karen is the best!

EDIT: I am editing this review bc i did receive an apology email as well as the vet reaching out. I appreciate that they cared enough to check in. If my dog is not feeling better by tomorrow i will take him back in.

The vet was amazing as well as his tech, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the front staff, especially Carsen. Yesterday she was rude and today when I called in regarding a reaction my dog had to the vaccines he received they were rude.
