Dropped me as a client for missing an appointment I had for bloodwork to follow up after my dogs spleen ruptured and had to have two blood transfusions at uc Davis. My memory was calling to cancel this appointment because he was too weak to travel back and forth in the heat. I asked if they remembered me calling in and they said they didn't know. They never emailed me or called me to let me know they were cancelling me as a client. So now I'm on a waitlist with other local holistic vets and am unable to get the results I need for who knows how long.

I love the veterinary Kris Daily! She is the best and honestly has that love of the animals in her demeanor. I go here for maintenance and tech services at times and the staff here are with the exception of 1 employee i have encountered, aren't very welcoming or comforting to me or my pets. Maybe since it's Saturday and they have to work is the atmosphere I get. I will go there for Kris Daily being a quality vet alone.

This veterinary practice is one of the ones that VIP pet vaccination clinics recommended for my dog when he was showing sign's of possible illness. Now they are my regular veterinary practice for my service dog Mia.

this is the best and only place i take my puppy. the staff are friendly, what is most important is the care my puppy gets, and the care is the best. I have over 40 years experience of bringing my animals to vets, and this vet by far is the best. Highly recommend.

Extremely rude and cold front desk. I was an old client with Dr.Raymond. just saying his name was like I had some kind if plaque. So dis concerning about my 2 1/2 yr old retriever having cancer. I was looking for some holistic advice and to set up with a new vet for his continued care. The frint desk was nit busy. I was the only person there. They were so cold, so rude, so negative. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about their furbabies my search continues for a good caring holistic veterinarian for help. Don't ask them for any references. They won't be at all helpful. Only rude
and mean.

Absolutely amazing 10/10 experience! We've seen several different vets in the last 6 months and this was our best experience yet (& it also happened to be way more affordable! Such good value for the low price). The staff & veterinarian were so wonderful to us and our pup-- so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our dog currently has a UTI & has been having other bladder issues and they were able to schedule us in even when they were busy. I wish we discovered this place sooner!

I have used this veterinarian for more than 20 years but I’m sick of the rude staff and will not be going back. My last visit, I asked if they carried my dogs brand of flea and tick prevention. They did not. I asked if they carried his heartworm preventative. They said they did. At the end of our check up it was waiting at the counter in a bag. When I got back home, 20 miles away, I realized that it was the wrong medication, not the brand that has been in his chart since his first visit. When I called about the mistake, the tech that answered the phone essentially said, too bad you can’t return it. It wasn’t until I argued for 20 minutes and got a supervisor involved, that they finally agreed to give me a refund because it was not the medication I had asked for. Today I called regarding something else and the staff was unprofessional and rude. The woman on the phone cut me off several times while I was trying to explain what I needed. I’m done with this office.
