Best experience possible considering the circumstances. Dr. Stephanie was kind, compassionate and so patient with us. Magoo gave us a scare in July which is when we found Cindy and Dr. Stephanie and were very kind and understanding when we postponed the appointment knowing we would still need them soon. I am forever thankful we could say goodbye in Magoo’s home surrounded by the people and things he loved most. It made this difficult decision easier to handle.

Dr. Stephanie and Cindy sincerely cared about Potato and the people around him. The logistics of everything were super simple to navigate, with quick responses and wide range of availability of the doctor. Dr. Stephanie was so patient, explained everything, and allowed me as much time as I needed at each step of the process. While it's always a completely heartbreaking situation, the compassion they showed Potato and I during this really difficult time made it a bit more bearable. I am so grateful to have had them help Potato pass away peacefully.

Dr. Stephanie came to my house to help send my cat, Bijou, over the rainbow bridge. She was kind, compassionate, patient and explained everything to me, step by step, so I was comfortable with the whole process. Euthanizing your pets is one of the hardest thing to do, but I took comfort in the fact that my girl was in her own home, comfortable and calm when she had to be put to sleep. Cindy brought Bijou's ashes to my work and it was presented in a lovely way, with kind words from the whole staff. What a wonderful place! Our Emma was our precious all of her 14 years. When she developed dementia and no longer recognized her family or surroundings, it was a very hard decision to make allowing her to release the confusion she lived with. We wanted her to go with as little stress as possible. Dr Stephanie of Journey Home was exactly who Emma needed. The doctor was so gentle with her and took our feelings into consideration as well. Emma went to “sleep” peacefully in her own home and Journey Home gave her dignity in her journey to her resting place. I cannot recommend Dr Stephanie, and her assistant Cindy, more and thank them both.

Journey Home was incredibly kind and compassionate during our process. Not only were they helpful and caring, they were one of the cheapest services our there for in-home euthanasia. Dr. Stephanie helped walk my family through the process and allowed us time to grieve and say our goodbyes to our boy Bruce who was losing his battle to Mast Cell Cancer. They work directly with Circle of Life Pet Cremation who gave us a beautiful wooden urn and clay paw print to celebrate and remember our important family member. Dr. Stephanie was exactly who we needed during the most difficult time. When we unexpectedly (and urgently) were needing someone to come to our home, we were blessed to get an appointment the same day we called. Dr. Stephanie patiently and lovingly walked us through the euthanasia process, answered our questions and went at our pace the whole time. She made the hardest day as easy as it could be. I'm so grateful that she was there to support us though our beautiful Mixie Girl's final moments. She handled each step with the care that it deserved - from entering the door to leaving with our fur baby, we knew Mix was in the right hands. Thank you for all you do and how you do it. Your services were, honestly, invaluable to us.

We recently used Journey Home to euthanize our very ill family cat. Dr. Stephanie, Cindy and the rest of the staff made this very sad experience manageable with their kindness, compassion, and loving attention to detail. They metaphorically held our hands every step of the way and were never rushed. Our cat’s end-of-life experience was sweet, tender and peaceful as was her after death care. I have never endorsed a company with such conviction as I do this one. I would give Journey Home infinite stars if I could.
