I love Veterinary Center at Turnberry. They take excellent care of my animals. Veterinarian Dr. Stewart has been seeing my boy Hank for years and I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. Dr. Stewart has been caring and patient with my naughty boy and still loves him even though he has tried nipping her over the years. He's a classic cattle dog mix trying to solve problems with his teeth. She is his biggest cheerleader and is proud of how he has improved from his early vet visits. The clinic staff is very accomodating to my reactive dog and they are always quick to get us into an exam room to avoid encounters with other dogs. I appreciate all they do to minimize his stress.

Sadly our cat passed away this year. When looking back at old exam notes that Dr. Stewart left about our cat's demeanor it gave us joy in a time of great sadness. She truly cares about her patients and it shows in everything she does.

I have seen Dr. Pollard on two visits and she is lovely as well. The client care team and vet techs are always friendly and attentive. Somehow we have yet to meet Dr. Enos even though she is also a border collie and disney fanatic. How have we not met?

This clinic has always been transparent about cost and ask for approval to proceed. I don't understand the negative reviews claiming the opposite. I've never had any surprise charges and
I have been taking three pets here for years. During surgeries, we have been given a range and my pets stay within that. Unfortunately, anything medical is expensive but it's the cost of owning a pet. They have been more transparent than human doctors I've been to so I know the feeling of being blindsided and stuck with an outrageous bill. I do feel like this clinic is a little more expensive than others nearby but you truly get what you pay for. The experience and care here has always been top notch. Even during an emergency they were quick to respond, helping us get the care we needed.

I've never felt that the vets here were pushing unnecessary services. Everything recommended was appropriate for my pets and their care. Our cat was an indoor cat so certain vaccines were not recommended. My dogs are adventure dogs and they do receive preventative care that suits our lifestyle.

I established care here for my border collie as a puppy and Dr. Stewart recommended I practice certain handling to get my puppy more comfortable for future visits, setting her up for success. I do appreciate how open minded the vets are here. I was unsure of how to proceed when it came time to spay my border collie. The breeder recommended one thing and my vet recommended another. Dr. Stewart educated me on risks of delayed spaying but never fear mongered me into spaying sooner. Ultimately, she put my mind at ease with education. With her blessing I did choose to wait longer as recommended by the breeder.

I’ve enjoyed this veterinary center over the years. More so recently, as I wasn’t hit with surprise charges. The communication was more thorough and clear in terms of what of what was communicated over the phone before the visit so I could have my payment prepared.

Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. Not just to myself, but my fur babies. The techs and our vet, Dr. Ruth, are so caring and attentive. Anna and Britney, at the front desk, are always on top of making sure to get us in and make sure that our fur babies get the care they need. Everyone truly makes us feel like part of the family. You will absolutely get the best care here for your fur babies and they will be in safe and good hands. I highly recommend this establishment!

Everyone here always do a great job with my dogs, do their best to help relieve their anxiousness and are thorough with the exams. Prices are reasonable for the care given, appointments are timely and usually on time.

We took our 11 year old Airedale Rufus here for his first and final visit. Our vet that we normally use was in surgery, and so we had to find a different place, and fast. Rufus’ health was failing quicker than we imagined, and we could tell he was in tremendous pain. Serendipitously we found this place.

The staff were amazing and accommodating. Rufus couldn’t walk anymore, so two young women staff members carried him inside on a gurney. They even gave him an assortment of treats, including pop tarts, which BTW, is the first and last time he’s eaten them. We appreciate their kindness so much! We definitely felt welcome, and the room they gave us was warm and comfortable. We’re so glad we found this place. We’ll definitely be back with our other pups. Thank you!

Dr. Enos and Dr. Rose have been so great with my girl and the front desk staff are awesome! I definitely recommend! The downside is that this vet is more expensive than other vets but I live close by so I'm paying for convenience and I'm getting what I'm paying for.

This office has consistently been difficult to communicate with. Our dog had a presumed diagnosis of lupus and we were told we could get medications prescribed without a biopsy. We just had to call the office and have the Dr. prescribe it if we chose not to do the biopsy. We were unable to get a hold of the Dr. and kept getting told the Dr. was out sick for weeks. We found out later that the Dr. we saw no longer works there and the notes she did were unclear. We still are unable to get the medications prescribed because they wanted us to pay for a new exam and have them re-diagnose lupus with a new Dr. even though we just had the exam done one month ago. It took multiple calls to get notes and receipts emailed as well. I would not recommend this office.
