We love Dr. Shannon and her team! They know, love and provide top notch care for their patients. We’re so happy to be close by and have found we can get in quickly. Everyone is very responsive and helpful. They email when their office has closures for holidays, training, etc. I notice the same staff, which I believe says a lot about employees being happy there. Dr. Shannon has been our pets’ doctor since 2004 and we have nothing but raves for her, the staff, and her clinic as a whole!! She has only given our furry family members the best care, compassion, and healthcare of any veterinarian in the entire area. She has always been there when we had to say goodbye to our furry family members and was always empathetic and compassionate.
We only have great things to say about Dr. Shannon, the staff, and Cherry Knolls Veterinary Clinic. We wish we could find a people doctor and clinic that is as great as Dr. Shannon and Cherry Knolls Clinic. Seriously.

My Bella had her teeth cleaned and one tooth pulled. The staff was very caring and attentive and referred to her as “my baby” which I loved. They kept her most of the day to make sure she was fine. All good!

I took my house cat to them for a general checkup and the process and care they did was top notch. The Tech handled my persian perfectly and didn't stress her out at all, which was surprising as I can't even do that. They got her knots in her fur out which bypassed the need for a grooming appt. The choices they did for treatment were excellent and in my experience the price was very good. My cat looks great and I can't say the same for a lot of other vets who do very little and/or charge a lot.

Dr. Shannon and her team are fantastic!!! We've been taking our frenchie, Millie, since she was a pup and they're so wonderful. Our girl has had bad luck with her health since the beginning but we always feel like we are in good hands. Thanks ladies!!!!
