I love this place! I’ve been coming for over a year for my dachshund & the experience is consistently pleasant. The front desk staff is always friendly & the vets/vet assistants are thorough, knowledgeable, & also friendly! They also do little touches that go a long way like a little baggie of goodies when my dog got neutered, shaving his matted hair under his ears for me, & a free sample of food for my dog to try. I’m so happy to have found them!

My senior Great Dane, who requires various medications both morning and evening, was boarded here for the first time and received excellent care during her three night stay. They followed all directions on the meds and did not charge extra for this care. Upon pickup, the boarding desk receptionist even offered to help me carry my dog’s things to my car, which I greatly appreciated and she didn’t have to do. I learned that she has three big dogs of her own that she greatly enjoys. I can recommend Caring Hands for high quality pet boarding with staff that enjoys working with animals.

Noticed a dramatic difference upon returning to the clinic after being away for about 3 years. Felt very corporate and it was confirmed to me that the clinic had been sold and was no longer under original ownership. Much different experience compared to 3 years ago and I do not think we will be going back.

I felt very heard about my concerns and transfer of care from another vet for my cat. I have an elderly cat with health issues and the vet took quite a bit of time to listen to me, explain things to me, and address various facets of her health issues and ongoing care. They also seemed to know more and are more experienced than the previous vet we were with. I appreciate the care and experience!

Caring Hands has been a fantastic vet for my dog. Their admin staff/customer service is always top notch and very timely. I see Dr. Baker and he, as well as the vet techs, have done a wonderful job taking care of my dog that has some complicated medical issues. I would gladly recommend Caring Hands to anyone looking for a new Vet!

Passionate about what they do. 5 stars for their compassion as it pertains to their process of putting our dog down. They sent a card a week after we were there with all the staffs signature and nice message written inside. Before, during, and after was amazing.

Continuous cancelled grooming appts with little to no advance notice and then not having new appts for 2+ months. Changing policies with out notification and making it the clients fault. Very frustrating because I had heard good things.
