Reading the reviews for Buffalo & Beyond is how I knew it was the right decision. I would have done anything for my sweet girl, but as we all know too well, eventually a day comes when there’s nothing more you can do. Trixie always hated the car and going to the vet.. if she had to leave me, I wanted her to be as comfortable as possible… I couldn’t stand the idea of stressing her out before her last moments.

We knew during the night that it was time. First thing in the morning we called Buffalo & Beyond. Not only were they able to come out same day, they were able to be in my home 2 hours from the time I called.

Dr Victoria is an exceptional human. Her kindness and compassion is so comforting. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable. My sweet girl passed right in my arms. Dr Victoria placed her in a beautiful basket, she gave me a paw print in a cute little frame box.

The urn they sent Trixie home in is beautiful. I’m so grateful for this service Dr Victoria provides for our babies. I recommend her to everyone.

Dr Victoria is an Angel on Earth. We had to put down our almost 15 year old pup and she was the kindest soul I've ever met. She made the most devastating decision more bareable. It is amazing that she does home visits. I didn't want my baby's last memories to be scared in the vets office. He was calm and relaxed at home. She treated our fur baby with care and let us take all the time we needed during the whole process, nothing was rushed and it was on our timeline. She was professional but extremely compassionate and explained everything she did before doing it. We chose the cremation option and the body bag was personalized just for him, and she loaded him up with care. All the little details were thought-out.
Pick up for his ashes was a simple process. Her kids even colored us a little picture sending their condolences. Such a sweet touch!
His urn is beautiful and they even engraved a little tag with his name on it.
No one ever wants to send their beloved pet across the rainbow bridge, but if that time comes I would 10 out of 10 recommend Buffalo and Beyond.

Dr Victoria gave my Daisy the option to make her last memory a good one instead of being terrified, as she would always become significantly stressed at the vets office. Even though it was an extremely hard decision, Dr Victoria was kind and gentle and I can’t thank her enough for giving Daisy the option for a peaceful passing, which made the process just a tiny bit easier. I will absolutely use Dr Victoria again if I ever unfortunately need to in the future.

We had to say goodbye to our 15 year old Bella on Monday. I think it was the hardest thing we’ve ever had to do as a family. Dr. Victoria talked us through it so compassionately. She allowed us as much time as we needed for our sweet girls goodbyes, while not prolonging our pain she gently reminded us “when you’re all ready, we can continue.” Saying goodbye in her own home surrounded by her family was so comforting for Bella. She crossed the Rainbow bridge peacefully while we and loved on her. Thank you Buffalo and Beyond for providing this kind of service and support at such a difficult moment in our lives.

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Victoria and Tony. I called in great distress when my pup was very sick. They were both so kind and compassionate. God sent and angel when Dr Victoria walk in my door. She made his passing so peaceful and for that I am forever grateful.

She traveled a long distance on very short notice and gave Willow a peaceful, dignified passing at home with her family. Words can’t express our gratitude for Dr. Victoria. Helping Maggie over the Rainbow Bridge was the hardest thing our family had to do. Dr. Victoria was so kind, compassionate, loving, and gave us all the time we needed with our baby girl. She made this awful experience bearable. She was so professional and caring.
