We experienced an emergency with our cat, Little Smell, a few days ago and we were both scared to death. They got him in immediately, took him back, had him diagnosed and had a treatment plan put together in a very short amount of time! Little Smell needed to be hospitalized, so they brought him back out to say goodbye to us. I could tell by his demeanor that they were taking great care of him, already.

In two days, they had his blockage removed and he was back to his normal self! We got text updates every single morning, and if we had a question..we were able to text the line and they responded with urgency.

Upon discharge, the technician was very detailed with instruction, went over his new diet and medications with us. We were so impressed that we went ahead and scheduled a check-up for our other cat. We are fuuuurever grateful for the team at PetPlex ✌?

PetPlex took amazing care of our cat who had to be hospitalized for a urinary blockage. They were kind and updated me frequently and didn’t mind my texts and calls as an anxious cat momma. I’ve taken my dogs to them in the past and always received compassionate care. They were absolutely wonderful and kind when we lost our dog last year to cancer. I fully trust them with any of my pets who are family and children to me.

My cat wasn't going potty and became lethargic, frantically calling around on a weekend I found Petplex. I called Nina 4 times with questions prior to taking Gizmo in, she was very patient and understanding. They were able to squeeze Gizmo in amongst the other emergency surgeries, they took him in as soon as my son arrived. Dr poorman called me explaining everything that was going on with Gizzy, answering all my questions, his staff called or text me daily about gizzy's progress. I couldn't ask for a better team to take care of not only my pet, but my concerns as a fury parent. Gizzy ended up staying 4 days and it cost me less than half the amount that the other emergency clinic charges for 3 days hospitalization. Dr. Poorman and his team were OUTSTANDING in Gizmos care. I would definitely recommend this clinic, they saved my baby's life.

I will never return or recommend anybody bring their fur babies here.

They poorly neutered my cat and put him at risk of bleeding out. They sent him home with us that night but we had to take the cat back to pet plex the next day because he started bleeding even more. They charged us (again) to fix their poorly performed surgery.

Henning has poor bedside manner and was no help to our situation. They charge you for premium services but I assure you that’s not what you’ll get from pet plex. Pet plex drained our wallets and botched our cats surgery. ?

Take a look at some of these other reviews before going to this animal hospital. Horror stories much worse than mine.

Very friendly staff. However charged $300 to not even examine my dog only take temp and wanted $250 more to run test. Didn't even look in my dogs mouth first. Paid $300 for them to take a temp and send my dog with an antibiotic when they don't even know what they are treating. Overpriced and lazy in my opinion but are nice.

*UPDATE to reply that's because my boyfriend brought her because I was at work. However she was definitely seen there. It's definitely a correct review.

When I had to put my dog down. They helped every step of the way. They are compassionate and caring and that's why I take my dogs there for important stuff. Twice now they've treated my dog. And unfortunately I had to say goodbye to him. That little dude meant the world to me. Thanks pepflex for all your help

My experience today at Petplex was different than the two previous visits I have had . First, the vet tech was excellent. She took blood for the triple test. Unfortunately, it took the vet 50 minutes to come into the room to speak with me about my cat. Full disclosure - I was 10 minutes late. Vet came in and told me my cat looked good. I proceeded to ask if the exam was already completed. Vet replied, yes. I have not been to a vet that didn’t do the exam in front of me and describe was he/she was checking and giving suggestions of things to look for to ensure the health of my cat. Vet did mention that my cat could use a teeth cleaning which would cost $1000. I don’t doubt the knowledge that the vet had but I was disappointed with the visit.

Im sorry, but I would absolutely never take my pet to them again. The amount of money they've taken from me, with no hesitation, made mistakes and didn't offer a refund, absolutely will never go back. I knew my dog was sick and had Cushings Disease from day 1 and it took them 6 weeks and a second vet to read his results to figure out it was Cushings disease. Did they want to refund me $800, nope. Then I paid an extra $150 on a $450 bill for them to tell me they didn't get a big enough sample to examine it......um....are you doing another one at no charge or giving me a refund? No! They said you just need to deal with OSU at this point. Ok, fine....gladly. Very disappointing and we took our dog home in ashes today. It's absolutely heartbreaking.
