I was referred to Sugar River vets by my present vet. It is a brand new facility and fully equipped. People were very cordial yet professional. Especially warm and caring to my sweet Maggie. Impressed at how thorough they are in discussing dental surgery. We may switch to Sugar River permanently.

Everyone, from the vets to the secretaries, is incredibly friendly and kind. After vaccines they always call to check on how your pet is doing!
Very thorough and dedicated to keeping our cats healthy and happy.
Costs are appropriate and on par with other similar veterinary establishments.

Amazing service. They are so thorough and explain everything clearly. Sugar River Animal Hospital has been our primary vet for 5 years. Each yearly check up is thorough and easy. Everyone is kind and professional and my dog with major vet anxiety feels comfortable coming here. The team of veterinarians have helped us through many blood screenings to catch our older dogs conditions early and support us during knee surgery. I trust what they tell me and have never felt taken advantage of cost wise. We have gone for many emergency visits and appreciate that we can always easily get in. Thanks for being so great!!

Moving from out of state I feel fortunate to have found Sugar River Animal Hospital. Dr. Catherine is amazing, so compassionate and knowledgeable. She puts my fearful dog at ease with her kind demeanor - I call her the Dog Whisperer! The facility is impeccable and the atmosphere inviting. Very friendly staff, caring and attentive to my concerns. I highly recommend them!

I brought my pup Olly in for a new patient visit and I was very impressed! Very clean facility, every staff member we interacted with was phenomenal and kind. During our appointment they listened to all my concerns and continued with follow up instructions that were clear and a plan to help my boy with his allergies! Olly was a little nervous but was well taken care of and by the end of the appointment was laying on the floor completely comfortable with Dr. Brown and the tech (spacing on the name but she was also wonderful). Will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you for allowing me to trust a vet again.
