I received treatment here for sacroiliatis. The reason I am giving a poor review is because I incurred $7,000 in medical expenses for 1 anti-inflammatory shot and being shown 5 stretches and being instructed on how to do them 1 time. Only after repeated attempts with my insurance company was my obligation to pay lessened, after my initial claim was deemed as "unnecessary" based on the information The healthcare system provided. I was in constant pain and had severe mobility issues. Every subsequent visit to the physical therapist was pointless after being shown the stretches. It was clear they did not care about my well being and cared only about being paid by my insurance and I was basically mocked for being a young person in this kind of physical condition. I was homeless for 8 months sleeping in a car while doing concrete labor after a year spent in an attorneys office part time while I went to school full time. That is why I ended up with this condition. I was sent to collections for $400 despite repeatedly calling their financial department only for my calls and my messages asking to be contacted were ignored. I have now healed from my condition.. due to many hours of watching YouTube videos to understand my condition and how to correct it. After many hours of stretching and mobility exercises I've regained mobility and have no more issues.. thanks to YouTubers and the guidance I got from them. Due to the physical therapists lack of effort or sympathy and their indifference to me I had a prolonged condition lasting 8 months. If they would have listened and explained my condition to me while instructing me how to stretch properly it could have been fixed in 2 months. I do not recommend this office to anyone. The doctors think they are too smart and all of their patients are hillbillies or something. Disgraceful, I will not lower myself to go into a place like this again. Very bad experience I felt very disrespected and ashamed when I went there. I should not have felt that way while I was suffering and in pain. The Healthcare system in this country is shameful, as are the rich and entitled doctors propagating it. The sense I got from this place is that the staff are quick to blame others, whoever they can, but feel no responsibility for the people they are treating.

Xray wait is ridiculous. They don't have a specific person in radiology so we have to wait for all the emergency patients to be taken care of before they will help you. They won't even give you a wait time! We drove an hour so its not like we can wait at home. Front desk staff is nice, only positive thing!

I was angry with 1 doctor and allowed that to spill over on my review.

This is an attempt to correct that. The hospital, Specialty Clinic and Family Practice are all wonderful from reception to the doctor's you see there and the departments like lab and radiology.

I've always been treated with kindness, professionalism and high quality of care whether staying in the hospital or visiting my doctors or the other departments such as lab and radiology.

I absolutely would recommend this facility to friends and others if they were to ask.

I appreciate everyone I've come in contact with in all the areas of this facility.

Medical staff is SUPER AMAZING!!! THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST I EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! PAY ONLINE DOES NOT TELL U WHAT YOU OWE.. FREAKING SHADY!!!!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS A PHONE IN BILLING... Like I said medical staff is the best but I will be going to burlington hospital where their billing is super easy

We were treated in the emergency room at night. Efficient, fast and attentive service. We would like to mention Dasenbrock, Lauren, Clumped, Kim and Doctor Stader, Donald.
