I have a 2 year old Dalmatian, Wimsey who is terribly frightened at the vet. Dr. Whited is amazing. She offered Happy Days at no charge to bring in Wimsey anytime but make an appointment first. Jaden took Wimsey around the clinic, gave her treats, let her meet everyone and totally gave her love. I don't know any other clinic who offers such an incredible service to make your pets feel comfort. Dr Wilsted also did a fantastic job for Mackenzie, our Scottie who needed a tumor removed from her eyelid. I greatly recommend this clinic!!!

Palmer Lake Vet is my primary vet for our dogs, and we love their service! Recently my Bodhi impaled himself on a piece of wood, left a small hole that required a couple staples. Seriously, I have raised 3 sons, all needing stitches at one point in their lives, and the feeling I had was no different, stressed, grossed out, and sad he had to go through that. PLVH was awesome, they took care of Bodhi and gave me the reassurance he would be ok! Great place for your pets needs, and highly recommend them! Oh! And they have a new emergency aftercare, which we had to utilize, glad it was available! Thank you!!

Ryan on the urgent care staff was a major help. I have concerns about my veiled chameleon and had the pleasure of speaking with him. He was very helpful and gave me many recommendations as they were not able to see exotic animals. Ryan was extremely helpful and gave me many recommendations and options for places to call or visit. Unfortunately reptile vets are hard to find and Ryan helped make it easier!

The staff was so helpful and worked my dog in for an appointment on a Friday. Dr. Stephens was very thorough and she and her tech are great communicators. I was impressed by the entire office. The fees were also very reasonable!

We waited at a popular Emergency room for 8 hours after her Ortho appointment was cancelled, without notice at the same location. Palmer Lake appeared in our search while still waiting to be seen, and we were able to get an urgent appointment within the hour. Upon arrival, we were greeted, and seen by triage within minutes and she was under the care of her doctor within a few more minutes. The whole team is fantastic and we found our fur babies lifelong clinic! Thank you for all that you do!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!!!!

Refused to take my boy when it was AN EMERGENCY AND LADY AT THE DESK WAS SO RUDE…
I called first to make sure they could take my boy and was treated with pure rudeness once we arrived … she was mire interested in her food then helping us.
Dr Jensen left and this place is xxxxx now you guys KILLED MY CAT AND NOW THIS.
He’s having an allergic reaction wow just wow….

EDIT FOR RESPONSE: No thats not what happened. You shouldn’t have your phone route you to a DIFFERENT ER without our knowledge ESPECIALLY IN AN EMERGENCY. Yes she did give me other options but she wasn’t happy about it… well maybe she was so she could get back to her food. MY DOG SHOULD OF BEEN PRIORITY!!!! I dont see what “meeting” is so important that you let my dog suffer…

As for my beloved TOBY YOU MISDIAGNOSED HIM!!!! AND GAVE HIM CARE HE SHOULD NOT OF HAD!!!! I should of sued you then.

I love this place. Every staff member is so down-to-earth and kind. I feel like they also go out of their way to take care of my pets, even making time for them last minute if needed. From the main veterinarian down to the mischievous office cat This is by far the best that I’ve ever been to. Prices are very reasonable as well- hard to find in this area.

You all were there and available, in an emergency, and we will forever be grateful that you offer urgent care for extended hours! Everyone we've talked to and met at your practice has been so kind, and friendly, and clearly care about my furry family member. I 100% recommend these folks!!
