VCA Centennial Valley has been a fantastic veterinary office! One of my dogs has some reactivity and has really struggled in veterinary offices in the past.

They do an exceptional job of making him comfortable and it’s helped his confidence grow with every visit.

Really seemed to care about the animals BUT
be careful when making decisions with them. Make sure they have given you ALL the information before making a decision. Bottom line, I felt they gave my husband a serious and straightforward talk in which they made a great plan for my pet moving forward. When they called me they took the emotional route and didn’t mention the plan already in place instead allowed me to plan for a surgery. Thank goodness my hubby and I ARE on the same page. Looking forward to a veterinarian clinic that IS also on our same page, AGAIN.

The staff, and especially Dr. Rickford, at VCA Centennial Valley have been amazing. For over 10 years they supported our beloved pup with routine and occasional emergency care. We appreciated the transparency on care options and costs. Even after moving to a different part of the metro we continued driving back to Louisville for care here.

We have had a wonderful experience with this team, and specifically Dr Leong. Our large dog needed to be treated for 3 paw injuries at one time following a pool day mishap. She and her technician provided outstanding care and were very thorough and clear with our home instructions and follow-up. Our dog recovered swiftly and we are so grateful to have been in such good hands. I highly recommend.

I will never take any of my animals back to this place. I walk my little Bernadoodle by this vet every day, and multiple times theoblivious staff members have almost run him over. It happened again this morning, this technician has a husky mix in her back seat of her SUV while nearly barreling over my dog. Talk about clueless and self centered.

Amazing team there. Very knowledgeable vet, super with making our puppy comfortable. Our Rottie has had some medical problems, but we know she is in good hands with them. Our vet always takes the time to answer all of our questions as my husband and I like to know as much as we can about what's going on with our puppy. So happy we switched to bringing our furry family members here.

This place is great my dog Ollie actually enjoys going to the vet here. The staff is super friendly, and what I really like about this place is that they don't try to up sell you on additional services. They care more about my dog and his health than they care to make a buck off me.
