I was visiting from our of town when my lab got a horrible infection on her under carriage. Not only did we get a same day appt, but the Dr's and staff were phenomenal! They obviously care very much about making your fur baby comfortable, fixing the issue quickly and reassuring pet parents. They are all very personable as well. I highly recommend them!

I had an incredibly scary day today, as my kitty had a rare and severe reaction to a urine collection procedure. But the team at Louisville Family Animal Hospital was absolutely amazing and Dr. Alicia Niedzwiedzki saved my cat’s life. They were so wonderful to me today and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for a traumatic event like this to have occurred. They kept me updated throughout the process, were caring and kind, and it’s obvious they have a love for animals and a high standard of care. I’m so so grateful for the team, and can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you for saving Charles life!!!!

Sooo kind , caring and affordable and not pushy at all.
Our dog got hurt and called a bunch of places and no one would see us.
But this place was able to get us in within a few hours. Got our records from others vets and had it all ready.
The front desk person was super sweet and caring and the vet tech was nice and thorough.

We love Dr. Brown! We followed her here from her last animal hospital. It's a nice facility, with very kind staff. Our dog is really scared of strangers and Dr. Brown and the staff were patient and understanding. Thank you ❤️

The whole office is full of kind, caring and honest people who you can tell have a lot of love for their clients and their animals. They're very welcomkng towards my golden retriever mix Wyatt and do their best to make him feel comfortable during his visits. With other vets, i sometimes feel like I'm being given an upsell, but LFAH is straightforward on what treatment my dog might need and doesn't try to pressure you into certain tests or procedures or make you feel guilty about your pet's health issues. On at least one instance, they saved us thousands of dollars, and my dog a few days of discomfort, by cancelling a scheduled procedure when they found it was no longer needed. That kind of honesty and compassion is rare these days, and we feel very fortunate to have it at our local vet!
