Primera vez en esta clínica y la atención fue muy mala por parte de la doctora . En ningún momento checo a mi hija solo pregunto que tiene ? Pero nunca la checo. Fuimos porque ella tenía una infección en su ojo y con solo verla desde lejos dijo: no es infección. Y ahora yo tengo la misma infección en mis ojos . Si no era infección porque me contagie?

Si les recomiendo esta clínica. Estoy contenta con el trato que recibo cada vez que voy a consulta me atienden ala hora de mi cita. Las asistentes muy amables y mi doctora Roxanna excelente servicio.

A terrible place! I waited for two hours and was never seen, despite having an appointment I’d waited six months for. All I got was a lame excuse about computer issues. These people rake in millions of dollars, yet can’t manage a reliable system or hire enough doctors. They're just profiting off users' health, plain and simple!

The doctor is amazing but their customer service is bad. Example I had an appointment and I'm from a different city and I also got time off work and when I got there they told me that my insurance Sante from Blue cross in not contracted with my doctor and I said really oh okay so you guys didn't tell me this when you guys called me to confirm my appointment then because I even took time off my work and I'm from a different city and all they said I'm sorry for not letting you know ahead of time. They have bad customer service and I have been going there for more then 3 years and they are going to be telling me this when I got there no that's bad they should of told me when they made the phone call to confirm the appointment. N no I didn't switch my insurance policy at all they told me that when I got there.

Terrible service as far as trying to get my phone calls answered. I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 days in a row now. First attempt 15 minutes 49 seconds on hold and I hung up after that because I have to get back to work! Second attempt the same day no answer just machine saying all representatives are busy. 3rd attempt same thing no answer machine asking to wait I added my phone number for a call back and yeah that didn't happened. Currently I am on hold when the girl said can I put u on a brief hold 13 mins 15 Seconds later no answer. This has been going on for about 3 years now in my personal experience. I will be switching clinics. ? Doctor's are good but bad PHONE REPRESENTATIVES!!!!

My visit with Adventist Health was amazing the start at check-in with Teresa and Doreen who are always so friendly and professional. Linsey the medical assistant too provides wonderful customer service, very friendly, courteous and professional. Roxanna is the BEST always taking time to explain in detail a diagnosis and answer any questions. Roxanna is very relationship based which I truly appreciate.

The specialist had no answer for my diagnosis and said he had to do more research. His name was Dr. Shin and he didn’t even tell me when he was leaving just walked out. He shows very little compassion and treats you like a number. His nurses were okay they looked like they didn’t want to be there. Dr. Shin didn’t give me any sort of medication or advice on how to minimize my symptoms. He really was rather useless and the fact it took 2 months to get an appointment only for him to not know anything but the name of the diagnosis is quite concerning. Im supposed to hear from someone in a month about a audiogram thats the last thing he told me before barging out. He didn’t even allow me time to ask follow up questions or list my concerns he really is pathetic.
