We’re new to the area, and when our little Pomeranian broke his front leg, we weren’t sure who to see. VCA Front Range was the first place we called and luckily for us they were able to get us in immediately. Dr. Payne and the team at VCA were all great with our little guy— wrapping his leg in a splint and administering pain meds to keep him comfortable, and referring us to an excellent orthopedic specialist in Colorado Springs for emergency surgery the next morning. Dr. Payne also called after-hours to check on our pup, which really underscored how much he cared. Thank you for guiding us through a stressful situation with compassion and kindness— Cricket (aka “Tiny”) is now all healed up and doing great!

We absolutely LOVE this Veterinarian! The amount of care and attention they give their patients and their paw-parents is unmatched. We had to put our senior Doberman down, and while it was one of the lost painful moments in my life, they were so extremely sweet, caring, and so patient with us. My baby boy was taken care of all the way until we parted. VCA Monument will forever be our veterinarian ?Dr. Katie Cox is AMAZING

This is our new vet office, after being a VCA customer in SE Denver for many years. So far, so good. The office runs efficiently, and we've met two docs, both of whom seem competent and caring. The vet techs are good, as is the front office staff. My one gripe is, the benches visitors have to sit on are REALLY uncomfortable. Fortunately, we've never had to sit for long, because they are real back breakers.

Loving and first rate pet care! We love that they have a number of doctors so they have always been able to quickly get us in. They have a full range of services and have always been able to quickly diagnosis what our dog needs and get him on the road to recovery! Also terrific for annual exams, they always make us feel welcome!!!

Dr. Payne and the rest of the staff were awesome! I was at the lake and my dog ate some fishing line so I called and they luckily got me in right away. Dr. Payne was able to remove the fishing line and took X-rays to confirm she didn’t swallow a hook. They took great care of my dog Lily.

Our dog, Luna, loves Dr. Payne. He is so gentle with her and loving. His staff are always top notch as well.

Definitely recommend. They are incredibly patient and treat your dog like their own. They also take their time and discuss options. My fav vet in the Monument/Palmer Lake area

Mia May was a mess!! I tried everything I could, thinking I could be a Google doctor don't do it!! After being there only a few hours, she was returning to my good girl Mia. The staff is very knowledgeable and they took the time to explain stuff I need to learn, especially as a new dog mom I give this place 5 stars wouldn't want my loved one going any where else thank you!!
