I agree with the many many reviews posted here make sure you read all reviews! Rude staff is a common complaint so if you enjoy being rudely interrupted and then accused of being the rude one when you simply ask them to let you finish your question and stop interrupting then definitely go here!
If NOT try elsewhere!

I went to this vet for years.
Sadly they have new front desk staff that are disrespectful and condescending.

Their previous staff member Tucker was always respectful and kind.
When I explained I had always enjoyed talking to him unlike the nasty receptionist they now have.
the manager went way out of line and with a haughty tone slandered Tucker telling me he was fired for not doing his job.
Excuse me but how is that my business and how slanderous to tell that to a customer?
I merely stated he had been professional and respectful !!!

I had already found a better vet but used them occasionally for my senior dogs heart condition.

My other vet is incredible so keep looking they do exist.

Of course PSA you will post I was rude but I was not initially, only trying to get answers.
I did meet rudeness then with the same level you exhibited.

Sadly with fewer vets practicing, places like this obviously feel they can be unprofessional and rude but again good ones do exist.
Do not settle for this kind of disrespect with your hard earned money!

We took our miniature Schnauzer, Ace in for major dental work and extractions. The staff were all very kind and professional. He was glad to get home, had some dinner and is now sound asleep. I know he was in good hands and treated well.

I’m extremely unhappy with this establishment. I’ve been there twice this year for both of my dogs annual check ups and have not noticed a change so It wasn’t a bad day the “front office” staff was having. I gave them an opportunity to adjust.
Honestly, the vet techs are super sweet and I feel for them, but the front office gremlins running the show give this place a bad vibe which is causing me to leave (which they don’t seem to mind if they lose clients/patients based on their silly and uncompassionate replies on google).
I was studying all of the prior reviews and they’re all true when it comes to the front office gremlins. If you look, they are the ones that are combative via google. Businesses can rectify the issue but they are publicly displaying that they do not care and think that they are untouchable. They have ZERO accountablility for this kind behavior. I’ve seen them say on google, that they do not tolerate negative behavior, but they’re the ones that escalate issues. Quite Frankly, I will not TOLERATE this kind of behavior anymore. There are way better options across southern Colorado. Places that treat both you and your pet with dignity and respect while receiving quality care. I work in customer service and understand how a business should operate, so what I experienced is just unacceptable. There needs to be accountability. I will make sure I tell all of my friends and family to re consider before taking their pets here.

I didn’t really have an issue nor did I cause any friction at either of my visits, but I just noticed that cold, unwelcoming vibe and I’m just not here for it. Also, I felt judgement by Doctor Smith by being an American Bully owner, so probably prejudice against that breed also.

Definitely reconsider if you decide to chose this vet for your pets health, because I simply do not trust these people. This organization needs to go to a compassion seminar and learn a few things, also customer service training can definitely be addressed with their staff.

Very busy office! Prices went way up, decent vets (I have no problems with them)... Terrible, horrible, awful office management! Rude, snotty, uncaring service at reception desk by the office manager. This place has become like a fast food restaurant that has too many customers, so they don't have to treat properly or care about the ones they have, because they don't need them anyway (here's your cold fries, take them or leave them, next customer please type of business)... The office manager instigated an argument with me by her extremely bad attitude and rudeness. Neither of us were yelling or using profanity, but, I brought in the wrong credit card. It got declined. I've been going to this vet since the 1990s and live two blocks away! We had an appointment the next morning too. When the card didn't work I told them I'd drive down the street and bring the one that I need right back. She demanded that I sit in the waiting room and have a relative bring the money. And then threatened to call the police if I left to go get the card. She said I was demeaning her office staff when they interjected. I asked them if they could call the police while I get out my debit card. I made no additional comments and hardly interacted with them. But she started speaking like she had some kind of authority over me. This is just so ridiculous to do to a customer that has been coming here for over 30 years without any issues! And the office manager (who has constant problems with the way she treats other customers too, it's not only me) was so rude and antagonistic it was unbelievable. I'm a mellow guy. I don't get into it with businesses hardly ever. I didn't yell. I didn't cuss. But, I admit I did make plenty of sarcastic remarks about them calling the police over there for such an idiotic reason. I kind of wanted to see a cop's face when they get called out because someone left for 5 minutes and then came back and paid their bill as! She'll respond below, but, she won't fess up to being such a nasty person when it comes to how she treats people/clients. She's the biggest problem in regards to that office. Lots and lots of the locals around here that have been there agree... This business has changed drastically over the years and it's not for the better! It's worth noting that most of the negative reviews this place gets are linked to her. There was never a refusal of any kind to paying the bill or an attempt to dragg it out! She also forgets that she participated in the same conversation with an even worse attitude than mine, poor communication on her part escalated the issues unnecessarily. Once again, no yelling or cussing on my part. I treated her the same as she treated me. But, I would not submit to her as if I was one of her employees and she didn't like it! If customers were upset when I left, as she said, she should have apologized (in a sincere way) for her own behavior, her poor communication and escalation. If she can admit to making a mistake in the way she's been treating customers? There was no yelling, no threats and no aggression and very little interaction with any other desk employees besides her. I think all the other employees are fine! Debit cards get declined for numerous reasons. It happens to everybody at times. So, just ask yourself (as a bill paying customer going there for 30 years) do you want to go to a business that provides these types of services (and seems to care less and less about the animals as time goes on, $$$) whom will call the police on you if your debit card is acting up and you need a few minutes to go get the right one? This office manager's honesty should also be called into question when she responds to these numerous complaint reviews that are almost all about her! She has a long pattern and history...

I been bringing my animals here for years and they have always been good to us my pets are very well taken care of here the vets are very good at what they do and the receptionists are always great with us I've been going to small animal clinic about 20 years wouldn't go anywhere else..... so thanks to all the staff here

Compassionate if you already have an account with them! They referred me to the humane society! Unbelievable!
