Mal servicio la veterinaria me dio una lista de gastos si siquiera aver visto mi perrita este día sele murieron 5 perros y un gato ella no le importa los animales que ve solo el dinero que le va a quitar a los dueños de las mascotas

My sweet girl Athena met a porcupine for the first time. This hospital was amazing, got her in as an urgent care appointment. The technicians and doctor were amazing! We were out of there in less than 3 hours. Around my new vet!

Excellent service and excellent people. I live in Pueblo and couldn't find a vet to see me in a hurry they were either not taking new clients or 3 weeks out. I called about 7 different hospitals. Finally i called E.S.A.H and they had a tech call me back her name is Linda she helped me got me immediate attention told me to pack my dog and puppies up and be on my way. The girls at the front desk recieved me and helped me with my puppies puy me in a room and got us comfortable. They did a full check up and blood work on my dog and her puppies even weighing and labeling them. Doctor Koslosky was great explaining everything and went the extra mile to make sure my dog was ok. I stayed till closing time last one to leave. I am very grateful to find good people. Thank you to all your staff and doctors. Will see me again soon. Very. I definitely recommend this clinic wish i lived a little closer but worth the drive.

I love this veterinarian clinic so much! Have been taking my dog there since he was a puppy. Anita Baker DVM was the doctor who saw my baby and she’s AMAZING! She answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable and thorough. I definitely recommend this clinic. It’s also easy to book an appointment on their website and usually can be seen within a week or so.

New to the Springs I have found my Veterinarian. One of my Chihuahuas, Romie, was attacked by a Pitt bull mix and I had just gotten out of the hospital from serious illness and throat cancer surgery leaving me with a tracheotomy and no voice. I was very upset and traumatized from all the blood coming from Romies nose and mouth and staff got me a room right away. The vet tech was in quickly to make an assessment then Dr. M came in soon and did an awesome job communicating with me and calming my fears. He also checked out Sophie and she was fine. Doc did xray his chest , bandaged Romies chest, prescribed antibiotics and pain medication, gave me instructions for care then totally caught me off guard by saying he was only going to charge me for the medication. I’m an elderly Army Veteran and I have to highly recommend this clinic as all of the staff were very empathetic, every big dog that came in put me in panic and staff let me hide my pups behind the desk, I know , I’m over protective but my 15 year old Sophie is a little trouble maker and there’s no rhyme or reason to why she chooses certain big dogs she wants to charge and have attitude with while getting along perfectly with others. Next week I’m bringing both babies in to get caught up on all their needs and the doctor didn’t know I was a veteran until AFTER he said he was only charging for Romies meds. I want to ask all my brothers and sisters in arms to spread the word about the OUTSTANDING service provided by all the staff in this office and I’ve never been so impressed with the whole team in my many decades of using veterinary services as I was in East Springs team. EVERYONE was empathetic and professional so I’m not understanding some of these negative reviews. The complaints about costs? Well, veterinary costs are expensive no matter where you go. And I had a total opposite experience paying a whopping $62.00 for two dogs examined,chest xray, bandaging and two medications. Maybe attitude had something to do with it. But I have a feeling that this clinic would work with you if you ask nicely because I had enough cash to pay the whole bill. I counted over $300.00 in front of the doctor and his patience with my inability to speak was commendable. Thanks Doc. I’m spreading the word.
