I brought my cat Max in a few weeks ago, for a deep cut on his leg. The vet and the techs were efficient, kind, and explained everything so well. They gave me a couple options for care, and I went with the option that was more affordable for me. Max is doing amazing now! He got his stitches out, and the gaping cut is now just a tiny scab. He’s back to doing his favorite activities and living his best cat life!

We had a great experience! We were referred by Animal ER Care when our dog Rocket hit some barb wire and tore a good hole in his chest. The staff were friendly, the vets were extremely quick to get him care, the whole experience was seamless. We were a little put off at first by some of the reviews on google, but if you dig deeper it just seems to be from people who think they're entitled to free vet care & don't want to pay their bills because the staff here were all extremely friendly and caring. The biggest plus side was that we were in and out in 2ish hours which was the fastest ER wait time we've ever had between our 6 dogs. We will be back!

If I could give more stars, I would. These guys accepted us immediately after our own vet refused to see my dog and another ER made us wait for hours, seeing how he's suffering.
This is by far the most caring and thorough vet we ever met in Colorado. They did their best for our pooch and answered all of my questions.
Hopefully, nothing else will ever happen to our dog, but it it will, this is the only clinic that we will be heading to.

Absolutely one of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had! My pug was stung by a scorpion and I called them for advice. They made their suggestions and we hung up. About 10 minutes later they called me back after doing more research and suggested we go in. I’m so glad I we did. Every person was super kind and upbeat, easing the stress of the situation. The communicated a lot as the evening went along, and they were very quick with care! I hope we don’t need emergency care again, but I will definitely go back to them again if we do.

We brought our dog in for symptoms of a UTI and while our dog was treated well, we humans were not. We were presented with an itemized bill to decide which method of analysis and treatment we wanted to pursue and we reviewed the items on the list with a tech. We outlined the procedures and medications that we were comfortable with providing only for one of the procedures to not be fully explained and to have a hidden expense added. While we are completely understanding that mistakes can be made and miscommunications occur, we had hoped for acknowledgment of this error and then we would’ve been on our way. Instead, we were met with gaslighting, rudeness, and told “well, you’re welcome to not come back”. We were also denied access to speaking with the vet tech who reviewed the list with us and the veterinarian, who we never even got to meet, refused to speak with us. How did our dog receive care if we never met the veterinarian you ask? Well, she assessed our dog and then called us over the phone from her exam room while we were sitting 100’ away in the waiting room rather than speaking with us directly. When we offered feedback for the future so that others are not surprised by unexpected expenses, it was received with “well, this is our standard of care”. Given that the care was no more than average, it is not a place I recommend taking your pet unless it’s a dire emergency as the interface with the humans is far less than desirable and quite appalling. So, I will take the offer to “not come back” and take my pet somewhere where we are treated with kindness, compassion, and respect.

I have had to use this ER on more than one occasion. Not only did the staff take care of our babies, but they took care of us as well. Staff explained everything involved, contacted our vet for us, and made sure we understood what was happening. They were there for us as well as our fur babies. I wish I could give more them 10 stars.

One of the most FANTASTIC experiences ever!! Where do I even start. I called this pet ER about our dogs symptoms of what happened. With having told to come in we were greeted with attentive friendly staff awaiting our arrival. With clear communication from staff about having a more critical situation they told us we are next. After filling out paperwork and our dogs examination. Doctor Matz called us about her findings and recommended X-Rays, bloodwork, etc. She was very descriptive, knowledgeable, and helpful with exam findings, further procedure recommendations, and questions we had. Throughout the whole process the staff, but mostly our Vet Tech Rebecca frequently updated us. Later we got discharged within 2 hours of arrival with a clear diagnosis and what to do for continuity of care. All in all this was one of the most attentive, friendly, caring experiences for our furry loved one. We loved the clear communication, updates, and swiftness of the whole visit. Would 100/10 recommend this Pet ER!! Thank you Tri-Lakes for everything and everyone who works there needs some amazing recognition and raises!! And Maddie is feeling better!!

We had a crisis w/ our rabbit and many vets in the area were completely booked. We were panicking and we weren't sure where to go. Tri-lakes was able to fit us in quickly. Our rabbit ended up having 2 visits in the same week. We had a care team w/ two amazing vet techs and Dr. Breden. They were SO compassionate and quick to respond. It was an incredibly scary time and we felt they knew exactly what to do. They took our calls and walked us through everything. We truly felt like they treated her kindly and saved her life. Prices were affordable and they were very transparent with us throughout the process. None of us ever want to be put in an emergency with our animals, but this place made us feel so much better. Thank you to the team who helped us. We are so incredibly grateful.
