Such great care from cardiology and dentistry. These doctors were wonderful; very knowledgeable, caring, personable, & explaining everything carefully. Their technicians were equally great! We traveled from South Dakota and will continue to do so as long as our dog remains alive. I couldn’t ask for better care. Thank you so much!

Our 2 year old cat Zoe was in respiratory distress. While every veterinary cardiologist in the Denver area was booked 4-6 weeks out, when I explained the dire situation, Choice Vet Specialists and Dr. Carroll Loyer managed to fit her in. We couldn’t be more impressed and thankful for the excellent care and compassion of both Dr Loyer and his entire staff. After 6 hours in their care, Zoe is so much better. Her treatment protocol is complex and Dr Loyer and his staff both explained everything until we understood and encouraged us to call anytime we have concerns or questions. This is veterinary care at its best!

Dr. Loyer and his excellent staff have been taking care of my rescue English Bulldogs for the last 6 years. English bulldogs tend to have cardiac issues, ie cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, and heart failure. Dr. Loyer is well-respected for his professional expertise and I'm so thankful my bulldog specialist primary doctor referred me here! Dr. Loyer is the best listener, communicator, and most of all, its obvious how he genuinely loves caring for his patients! Thank you!

I have been taking my dog Pocket, to Dr Carroll Loyer for over 4 years for an enlarged heart and collapse treachea.
I thought my little guy was not going to make it, "Pocket" is now 14 and doing well. Today my little 10 yr old "Theodore" was in heart failure...I took him to Dr. Loyer and he put him on medicine right away and kept me informed every time a test was pwrformed and ready.
Dr. Loyer is the most caring person. I call him my dog whisper, he has saved my dogs lifes! I can't say enough good stuff about him, he is the best! His staff is great as well. They are very thorough and pleasant. He never does any un-necessary tests or xrays, so in my opinion he keeps costs way down. We absolutely love him.
If your animal has heart problems I highly recommend him.
I give choice veterinarian a 10 out of 10.
We are so lucky to have found them ❤️

Very experience staff & specialist dr .
They're honesty is what overwhelmed me.
I could of been gouged for a ultrasound of heart but dr felt felt It wasn't necessary.
I haven't heard of this kind of honesty in a long time. I feel it's no longer in existence.
They proved me wrong.
I hope I'm back on track to helping my puppy.
It's been 10 months of wishy washy or guessing to help her coughing?

Dr. Loyer and his staff are wonderful! I trust them completely with the care of Moze. I appreciate the time Dr. Loyer took to explain what had been found, what it takes to correct, and sadly, an honest conversation on when it might be time to let go. I also appreciated that he didn't push any imaging or unnecessary procedures on my 19 yr old guy. We thank you Dr. Loyer and all of your staff.
