I had an amazing experience at this vet! They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my cat’s condition. The assistant and the front desk staff were also wonderful – very friendly and helpful. While we did wait about 1.5 hours in our car, it was absolutely worth it. The vet's care and attention made it all worthwhile. Plus, the prices were extremely reasonable – probably the most affordable vet I've been to. My cat had an infection in his back foot, likely from a fight with another animal, and they treated him with steroids and antibiotics. I’m so grateful for their excellent service and care! I was scared to have my dog put under and have 23 teeth, pulled but the way that this veterinarian clinic is set up with waiting in the car and not having all of the anxiety that comes in the waiting room helped tremendously. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, and was able to answer all my questions. I dropped him off at 8:30 in the morning and picked him up at 2 PM. He was out of it, but in good health overall I would highly highly recommend this vet.

These are good people doing good work. They’ve never taken advantage of us financially, all of the women who work the lines and refills are so kind and charismatic, and the vet really cares about your pets quality of life. Extra big shoutout Stephanie. You can tell she cares deeply about what she does, treats my dog like her own baby, and always bring a fun and comforting energy to your interaction. This clinic is a god sent.

I’ve just had routine stuff done here, but the only con is the first come first serve. But you do get a break on cost. When I’ve brought my dog in for assessment and there’s nothing to be concerned of they only charge about $25. Great value for those 50/50 concerns.

I've used Western Animal Clinic for about 10 years. I've brought all my animals here. I would strongly recommend this place to my family and friends. They are friendly and welcoming, just don't let your dog sniff the cat run. Pay attention to the hours as they limit walk in hours.

I can't say enough good things about this vet. It is a first come first serve, wait in your car to be called place. Having a small dog, it's super important to keep him safe while we wait and there is no safer place than the car! The staff here are amazing and they don't charge you an arm and a leg for visits. Dr. Shiarella's and his staff is doing God's work by helping us lower income folks afford care for our fur babies. I appreciate them!

I've been taking my snakes to WAC for roughly 4 years now, having found them based off of a recommendation. I truly, truly don't know what I would have done without this place! If I could give Dr Shiarella and his ROCKSTAR team ten stars I would without hesitation!! This clinic treats every kind of domesticated pet, and when it comes to snakes, Dr Shiarella is a true wizard. The symptoms of illness with snakes can be very elusive, ongoing hiddenly for long periods of time, and can be challenging to both diagnose and treat. Dr S has saved me from months of hardship, worry, labor, research and needless spending due to his incredibly vast knowledge and experience with all types of snakes and their symptoms. He also has literally and personally saved the lives of several of them as well. Words simply cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Dr Shiarella and his team. At the end of the day, one should go home feeling accomplished. But even more so, appreciated. By your clientele, peers, managers, etc.. Well I hope this ten star ROCKSTAR review sends these professionals home today feeling extremely accomplished, respected, revered, and undoubtedly, very much appreciated in their field, and for what they do everyday for us and our beloved pets. They truly deserve it. Snakes can live up to forty years. I can only hope and pray WAC is around that long as you'd be extremely hard pressed to find anywhere like the Western Animal Clinic, or anyone like the Dr and this great team-
