Mi experiencia fue muy triste perdí mi perrita por el mal diagnóstico de la doctora grainger, deberían ser más responsables y no jugar con la vida de tus seres queridos como son nuestros peludos , te dan diagnostico inciertos ,, lleve mi perrita choco el 17 de diciembre pague $$600 de rayos -x examen de sangre consulta y medicina! No tuvo mejoras de nada se la lleve el 29 de diciembre diciéndole estaba mal de nuevo me cobro $275 más 42 de la medicina y me dijo choco esta bien solo una infección en sus pulmones después que se tomó la última medicina se puso mul mal se estaba axficiando se llevó a emergencias y ahí me dijeron tenía 5% de vida y tuve que dormirla por sus malas consultas y diagnósticos de esta doctora ,, le llamamos y dijo choco estaba bien tendría que haberse curado no se que paso! Pero la realidad es que perdí mi perrita amada por ponerla en manos de gente inexperta ,, les recomiendo no vallan ahí pues solo te dicen que lo sienten por tu pérdida pero si de verdad quieres tu perrito(a) llévala o otro lugar donde valoren su Salud y no te quiten el dinero ,,le pedí me ayudara en gastos por su ineficiencia a la doctora grainger me dije que no podía solo le pedí ayuda en los últimos rayos-x del día que se murió me perrita pues su diagnóstico fue una burla ella pero dijo muy dignamente no podía ,,, ojalá y el dinero le ayude a sentirse bien por haberme echo perder el tiempo y no haber podido salvar lo que más quería yo que era mi perrita choco!! Si amas tu perrito no se lo confíes a esta clínica !!

I definitely recommend this place. They showed kindness and caring during a difficult time for our family, letting our dog go to heaven. They placed a comfy blanket down for him, making sure he was comfortable. Our family sat around him while they explained the process. They allowed us to stay with for as long as we needed. Two weeks later we get a call from a partner company, Aqua Crossing, saying they’re bringing Zues home?❤️‍?. His remains were “hand delivered” to my door in the MOST BEAUTIFUL way . His paw print is sitting in my room on a little stand (provided in the package). I definitely recommend Tolleson Animal Clinic. I THANK YOU for treating our family, Zues included, with kindness and caring!

Update: I recently lost my job but one of my fur babies was in distress one day and I wanted to make sure it was nothing serious so I brought her in. They told me she was just in heat and asked if I wanted to schedule to get it done. I said financially we're really struggling right now so we have to wait to be able to save for it. Then one of the nurses told me they have a voucher program to cover costs for struggling families, and they would cover our babies spay if we could bring them in a week, saying the only thing we would have to pay for would be a fee if we brought them in active heat or pregnant. I literally cried and said thank you so much because we were so grateful. Then today when I dropped them off all the sudden need to pay 200!! Complete waste of time getting them up this morning and fasting them last night for no reason!!! I'll never be back and shame on you!!!!

Original: I can't tell you how eternally grateful I am for the staff at this office, they are so sweet and understanding and helped our family figure out costs for our fur babies. I can't recommend them enough!!!

-100, I took my daughter(my doggie) to get her annual vaccines. I was happy they offer walk ins on the 1st Saturday of the month. But the way they handled her i was not happy!!! First it took 3 of the assistance to hold her down i know my dog was strong but if your scared you would do anything to get out of the situation so i cant blame my dog for over powering them. She was so scared it took 4 assistances to hold her down. I appreciate they gave her; her vaccines but the comments were uncalled for after they gave her; her shots they were complaining saying my dog was untrained and the next time i take her in they will sedate her. They will not be a next time. They were mad that my dog peed because she was scared. All i can say is if you don’t have patients for pets you are in the wrong field!!

Love this place! It has been my second time taking my puppy Bella here. She always arrives scared, but warms up to the staff quickly. The staff is super friendly, and love to spoil pups with snacks. Awesome place!

Mister Midnight

I am so highly pleased with this veterinary clinic, in bringing my elderly cat Midnight here for the first time (for some overdue vaccine/shots and nail trimming). Every member of the staff were extremely understanding, patient, and helpful; and I just have to give thanks to Jennifer, Adriana, and Dr. Joslin, who all did exceptionally well in giving the best care possible (and especially in putting up with my somewhat neurotic and over-protectiveness of my Mr. Midnight). This is the animal clinic for us, no doubt!
