Always helpful, super responsive to e mail. Never a problem. Highly recommend.
Prices are reasonable compared to my last vets office they are less for the same treatments, shots, and medication. Big difference.

I have two special-needs kitties. When I call Hanoverview Animal Hospital, the front desk are Professional, patient, calm and kind. Dr Ervin, Dr. Graham and Dr. Mac have always been very caring about my fur babies continuing health issues. They take the time to answer all my questions. And let’s remember the Techs!!

My best friend brought her cat to them.  They sold her some ear drops for $46+! (VERY small amount of fluid) I was going to get they exact same ear drops online for her at HALF their price!... BUT they wouldn't give us the prescription!!  It SHOULD be a law for you to give your clients the prescription!!  Most other vets do!  We won't be coming back to them ever again! Unfortunately their first priority is MONEY!! Care is a distant second!

Their response below of course is AFTER they wouldn't give us the prescription we requested!!! AVOID THESE CROOKS!!

The best! Our adult pug is pretty anxious but the staff is so wonderful and put her at ease immediately. Dr. Macgnone is AMAZING-the best vet we’ve ever had. So kind and thorough, and genuinely cares. She makes a concerted effort to really educate us every step of the way. Highly recommend, even if its a ways away it is well worth a drive

The best veterinarian I have ever been to. The entire staff was very kind and friendly. The doctor took excellent care of my dog Johnny. She is the most knowledgeable veterinarian I have ever dealt with. She took care of all of Johnny's needs. I was very happy about the loving care all of the staff gave my dog. All his Healthcare needs are up to date and he has a clean bill of health. And the price for all the Healthcare he got was quite reasonable.

I had left a detailed good review a few years ago, maybe a bit cute , but it was removed. I will never understand a business that would remove a good review. A few years ago there was a rotten blond haired receptionist who seemed to have some personal issues towards me. I will still say the veterinarians and vet techs are very caring towards my familiar (Pebbles) . I think the bad receptionist works at Wegmans now as a pharmacy tech, because they have a blond woman who acts the very same way towards me. In my other review I gave five Stars, this time only four, as there is always room to do better. Please don't remove the review without contacting me first. PS: The staff there now has been amazing. ?

My mini goldendoodle, Hannah, has been going to this vet since she was a puppy and we’ve always had a great experience! We just had her annual check up and everything went great! Highly recommend!!

I adopted a rescue hound a few years ago. First dog, and I had (have) my hands full. He had a rough transition, and a series of unfortunate events within the first year. HanoverView truly understands what pets and their owners need. I'll admit I needed a lot of hand-holding, and asked a ton of questions. Vets, technicians and support staff are all knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They provide individual care. They don't push "extra" things our pets don't need (like some vet offices). HV is a busy office, but they will make space for you and your concerns whether that's an in person visit or communicating through email. I've been able to skip a few visits by sending photos and questions that way. Check them out!
