I’ve been bringing my dog here for about a year now, and they’re always willing to go above and beyond. Recently my dog got into a toxic amount of chocolate, and they got him right in and provided the treatment that saved his life. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the vets are amazing. Their hours are also super convenient, and the costs are fairly reasonable. Could not recommend a place more to take care of your pets.

I have been taking my dogs here for 6 years now and each time I come, it seems like I'm billed for every little thing and everything gets more and more expensive. The price per visit goes up every time and this time when I called for requesting a prescription renewed for my dog, I drove all the way there just to be told that they prescribed a completely different, more expensive pill. Had that been communicated over the phone, I would have just asked for the old one as it worked fine, but the vet wasn't in anymore and I wasted part of my evening driving for no reason.

I cannot begin to say enough about Ridgehill. Back in November we brought our cat, Newman in thinking it would be to say good by. Dr. Pierce assessed his condition without a lot of costly tests and wasted time. She gave us an additional 6 months, which were precious. During his treatments he favored one Vet Technician, Beth so every time he came in she was "his girl". The way they accommodated us was beyond expectations. Sadly he left us last night after 19 great years. Even then Dr. Mariano, who helped him end his suffering due to the fact Dr. Pierce was attending other patients, but she did stop to say good by, was the most compassionate and caring in helping to make it so peaceful and low stress. Beth, his girl, stayed with us so he had someone he was familiar with there to the end. This to me was more than just being there to provide a service and take your money.

I have been using this Vet facility for the past 30 years and wouldn't use any place else. They have always been amazing, fairly priced and the quality of care has been unsurpassed with all of my animals.

My cat Daisy got spayed 2 days ago and she is doing wonderful. She wanted to play when she got home & She never exhibited any pain either ( No playing for a while tho) Staff is ex excellent!

We are so grateful to the team at Ridgehill Animal Hospital. We came to them in an emergency and they were so gracious in finding us time.
Our beloved cat, Kobi, was not doing well. We knew he was really sick. They helped us by doing a few tests to see what was going on, but when they realized he was beyond help they were so kind and sensitive in helping us make the decision to let him go. They treated us with such dignity and helped us through one of the hardest days of our lives. The standard of care they provided Kobi in his short time with them was exemplary. I wish we had found them so much sooner. I decided to try them based on a review I had read about their care and excellence and I was so pleased that the review was right. If you are worried about your cat, and need expert advice, this is the team.
