We adore Dr. Shattuck and the staff at High Ridge. They are equally kind to both pet and owner. My dog Oliver loves the treats and attention he gets, and I’m so appreciative of their Fear Free approach to handling my little pup. Dr. Shattuck is so knowledgable, compassionate, and thorough, and she always takes her time in the exam room with us. I can’t recommend High Ridge enough!

I have been going here for years for my two female dogs. The doctors are AMAZING and my girls love them! My smaller yorkie just had surgery and had all her teeth removed. The high ridge animal hospital team is a dream team! They are experienced, knowledgable, trustworthy, kind, patient, compassionate and most importantly they put your pet first. They are so wonderfully caring and accommodating with my dog who is anxious (and me, who is also anxious LOL). They’re very transparent and informative/great at explaining things when answering all my questions. They’ve always been so patient when listening to any of my concerns. Everyone is so warm and are very supportive to both pets and pet owners. I could not feel more safe with my dog in their care. Truly the best! Special shout out to Dr. Galanski, Rachel, Michael, Yaniese, and Samantha for your wonderful care with Maisie (and listening ear to me). Thanks for everything!

All of the veterinarians and technicians that we have worked with over the past 7 years have been very professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, communicative, and helpful. We believe that the relationship between pet owners and veterinary staff is a partnership where we discuss the pros and cons of all treatment options and come up with the best plan available that makes sense for the disposition and well being of the animal - with their quality of life always being paramount. The office staff is equally professional, kind, compassionate, patient, and helpful.
