My new little adopted girl was spayed. I’ve waited for 5 years to find the right one to Love again since my last 2 had to cross the Rainbow bridge. I took my 2 girls previous girls to them and they took great care of them through their life’s and when it was time they took great care of them to end. So it was the only people I would trust to take care of my new precious girl.If you are looking for great care don’t hesitate to take them to Casa Grande Animal Hospital?.

I had to take my sweet baby to The animal hospital and even though it was so traumatic for me to get the news I got, Dr. Spencer Sillings was beyond amazing. He was so kind and honest. I truly felt that he cared for my dog and for my feelings. He gave me peace. He helped me understand how sick my dog was and why humane euthanasia was the most realistic & humane choice. Thank you so much doctor. And thank you to all the kind staff. Here’s a picture of what my baby Odie (Odis)looked like before I did a horrible home hair cut on him & the day I said farewell to him.

I gave them 2 stars but that’s only because they usually are pretty good. That being said this is the very first time I have not went to a spay and neuter clinic for a dog to be fixed. We paid the extra money for her surgery to be done by an actual vet clinic and this is what we got. This incision is over double the normal size, raw, and jagged. On top of that they didn’t even call the following day or the day after to check in. Never in my life has my pet had a surgery and they don’t ask how they are after. I have had 10 dogs and an uncountable amount of cats fixed so this is not my first rodeo but again it is our first time at a vet clinic. This has been the absolute worst experience, she’s raw, bleeding, and we are not even discussing the shave job that was also poorly done. Also in the back of my mind now after this; is they also saw TWO of my senior dogs for “senior physicals” less then 8 months before they died in which they found nothing. One died of cancer and the other from heart failed again less then 8 months after being seen. The first from cancer 6 months after his physical. I get it they were seniors I didn’t think much of it till this experience, but now I have a lot of questions. What it comes down to is I will be splitting ways with them and finding another vet.

Dr. Childress is excellent. She listened to us, didn't push a bunch of tests on us and respected our wishes to see our normal vet in Mesa before we made any decisions. Rachel is an excellent tech. Both were so good and kind to our Frankie. I recommend this veterinary hospital.

Wow. Exceptional customer service from entering the front door to exiting the back! Everyone was professional & polite. Great interactions with the vet tech and Dr. Szabo. Doc was able to diagnose the issue correctly and his method of treatment was consistent with our values. Pricing was fair and our dog is doing better already! Very grateful for the staff and impressed with the cleanliness of the nice facility. Definitely recommend 100%

I always have good experiences at Casa Grande Animal Hospital. Dr Avery Welch treats all three of my dogs. I have three rescues with fairly significant issues. The Vets and techs here helped me to medically rehabilitate my huskies and my senior chihuahua is always treated with extreme care, AND this is the first animal hospital to identify her heart disease. They also helped me to find a good doggy daycare and boarding as I’m a single dog mom with a FT career. I haven’t had many “great” vets in the past. I found a great team of them at this hospital. My dogs don’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

The Nurses and Dr. Were very professional and helped me so much with deciding to put our 13 year old beagle to sleep. The Dr. Was fantastic with his bedside manner and was compassionate and knowledgeable about canines. He had never seen our Bella before and was able to pick up on a few medical diagnosis she had that led us to make a humane decision. I was able to have her lay next to me during her passing which was very comforting. The Dr. Explained what he was going to do before he did it. I would highly reccomend this veterinarian practice! Two thumbs up for the staff. Oh, I forgot to mention that I was told a different amount for services before coming and only brought that much money. The office manager worked with me and allowed me to pay the rest of the money when we pick up her ashes a week later. Most offices wouldnt do that. Very happy. They also got me in the same day I called which was important to us because once we determined that we thought our dog was in too much pain, we didn't want to wait for an appointment for the next week. Hope this review is helpful.

The staff here is wonderful. They are so caring and compassionate. They took extra care to make sure they addressed the issues our Dane puppy was dealing with. They explained everything and made sure we were on the same page with the treatment options
