I noticed that my anxious dog, Bailey used to absolutely hate going but she slowly got used to it! She doesn't mind going to the vet as much!

My cat, Slim had been going there since I adopted him. He used to have bad FELV flare ups and they would always get him in within maximum a few days. Slim loved the vet techs and the vet! The receptionists new my cat by name, and I really appreciated that. My partner and I really appreciated Grant's compassion and honesty when Slim passed. They let me stay there with Slim the day he was struggling, in his last moments, until they closed. It was a really difficult day, and knowing that the person taking my passed fur baby was going to care and treat him with respect made it a bit easier.

Hate to be the one to leave a bad review, But I have to state the facts here, my baby passed away at home, granted I will say this was not our Vet, it was the closest Vet to us and opened on a Saturday. I needed to cremate my boy. I called first thing Sat am asked how it works explained what happened, Eric answered and not once said “I’m sorry for your loss” I mean come on, then I bring my dog, again we go in the Vet we pay Eric for the services we needed, again he never says “Sorry for your loss”, he comes outside gets our dog my kids are crying, we are crying he still never says Sorry, it was like he had no compassion. He says we will call you in a few days. That was it. I was disgusted how it was handled. I would treat a bum on the street better than that! I work in healthcare with people and that is not how I would ever treat anyone. Not sure that’s the line of work he should be in. I thought we would have been mailed a sympthony card that week nope never even got a card to say sorry for your loss from the Vet’s office. I go to pick my dogs ashes up and again there’s Eric he hands me the item and still no “Sorry for your loss” Jerk! Get someone with no heart and compassion out of your office!!! Will never ever come back here ever for anything! Not even cremation!
