Recommended by a coworker, we found ourselves with a great new vet office and staff for our fur baby. Our black lab mix was treated with such kindness and patience, he had blood drawn for testing and his rabies vaccine and they were so gentle with him and we were hugging him too and he didn’t even make a sound. He left with his tail wagging and greeting other dogs and staff on his way out. Thank you to all the staff at Embrace!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Dana! She is the best vet I had in my 3 months I only knew her. Dr. Dana was wonderful with my 6 year old cat that is very shy & had dental surgery in September, my cat Minnie who in passed away in October, & my new kitten. I will soon be using her for all my cats as she is the only vet I trust for my cat’s needs.

Dr. Dana is the best! She is so kind and caring, exactly what one would hope for in a vet looking after their beloved pets. The entire staff is great.

I've been going to Embrace for 3 years, with my 4 dogs (1 now deceased), and I'm always happy with the care and compassion they give to my furry family members.

I highly recommend Embrace to anybody in the Middlebury area.

Finally I have found a vet that understands me and my cats - all five. Dr. Dana is a good listener, asks all the right questions and then some in regard to the health of my cats and is through. The office is clean and for me very easy to get to. I feel like my cats are finally in good hands. Also she helped resolve a problem with Zoey’s eyelids that I spent thousands trying to resolve! Truly grateful for that. Also my last vet was all about the money and padding the bill with tons of unnecessary tests- this isn’t like that here although I know she will order things that are needed not order them just because. I Highly recommend this vet.

There aren't words to convey the love of animals and the outstanding support by all the staff. Such compassion for both humans and pets alike. Amazing support during a very difficult time when our 19 year old cat had a stroke and then sharing in the joy many months later when our newly rescued kitten joined our family and making sure she got a healthy start. I won't bring her anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We moved to a different town and had to get a new vet. They decided it was appropriate to delete all my dog’s medical records instead of sending them to the new vet like we asked. Shady business practices

Love Embrace - Dr Dana and Danielle, especially! Wonderful Fear Free type experience nobody else in the immediate area has matched. Brought my youngest dog to her for a second opinion and never left!

With 4 dogs and 2 cats I swear I'm in here every week for check ups, picking something up or talking to them on the phone.

Dr Dana had been instrumental in helping diagnose and treat my cat's eventually fatal health issue and for that I am so grateful. She was able to help me keep her comfortable for as long as possible and referred me to incredible specialists and oncologists.

Thank you Embrace for fielding my phone calls, emails, messed up pharmacy orders, cleaning up River's happy tinkles on your floor when she says hello (ugh) and all of our other chaos. You are extremely appreciated!

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Kristen Kenzora and would not recommend people go to this vet. I made an appointment to begin the process of bringing my cat international and was told to rehome him instead! I understand that the vet is not required to sign off on his international travel, but her delivery demanding I literally give away my cat was incredibly harsh and rude when I was already crying. The vet had only met him TWICE and the second time continued with the appointment despite knowing he threw up the Gabapentin, so it was not his fault his behavior was intense when they shouldn’t have gone through with it anyways. I ended up taking him to a different vet, and he is now with me in Switzerland after being the best travel cat ever. He was calm with no accidents and I was able to hold him myself at the airport with no problems at all. I was entirely misinformed about how the airport process would be and the vet was entirely incorrect on how he would act. The total lack of compassion in their delivery was a horrible experience and I wish there was much more kindness for myself and my cat. I hope others don’t have to go through the same stress I did for nothing.
