I was able to schedule my appointment easily online. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was in and out of my appointment in about 20 minutes.
Only suggestion is to place a bigger sign on Ovilla Rd. I had no idea the facility had been there for 4 years! Had I seen, I would have gone there prior instead of Touchstone.

I am very satisfied. The place is nice & clean, the receptionist is very sweet & profesional, excellent customer service. They guide you through the process, and are very gentle when doing the mammogram. They assist you really fast. I will definitely come back next year.

5 Stars for the Receptionist! My visit was fine. However after being told I would receive results within 2 business days, I had to contact the location to follow up after 1 week. The direct phone number actually goes thru a series of prompts that never lead you to a physical person unless you're requesting an appointment. BTW, Kathy at the location says they don't have a direct phone number for contact. I am upset because no one thought enough to let me know the status well after the promise I would hear back in 2 days. Kathy says bc the Radiologist in Houston btw has requested my reports from other facilities and I would not receive any update of any kind until he is able to compare. Since when is it too much effort to at least advise by any method the status. IE, your film is under review, pending review, films pending. But to receive absolutely nothing is unacceptable for me. I have requested a follow up by 5/6. We'll see!

From the time I entered to the time I left. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The procedure was painless and was done in a few minutes. Angela checked me in and she was awesome. Ashley was the tech and she was so gentle and efficient. I never felt uncomfortable at all. Highly recommend!!!!

Solis Red Oak location is very nice and fast. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Angela at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. My tech Ashley was also very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely return for future mammograms.

Every year Solis calls me promptly for my appointment. This is a very efficient service, no wait time. Professional, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this company. The place is clean and in an excellent location.
