I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful veterinary practice! The doctors are thorough and caring, the assisting technicians are in lock-step with the docs, and the front desk staff is outstanding and friendly. They also have periodic contests and raffles! I have won extra NextGuard for my pets. This place has the feel of a family doctor for your pet. The offices are in a former house situated off to the side of the busyness of Blue Back Square. There is a convenient parking lot behind the building, too. I wouldn't bring my pets anywhere else.

This has been my home for vet care for over five years. I cannot think of another home to go to. It is a smooth-running, honest, compassionate and professional operation with excellence from all. There is always someone to answer questions via phone. There’s always someone to provide listening ears and heart. There is always someone to assist with pet transport from and to parking lot. There’s always someone to help you both love and grieve your pet. This is a team for when you need/want a team for veterinarian care.

This is a small veterinary in town, but I feel extremely comfortable and welcomed! My puppy is always welcomed with love, everyone goes out of their way to make sure to greet him. I always feel he is in good hands and that's all I can really ask for. Thus far, I am happy with the customer service provided.

Just had my first appointment with this veterinarian, and to say that my dog got a warm welcome is an understatement. If there is availability, you should get on a waiting list for this vet because their staff seems to be some of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met.

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinarian office and everyone who works there. My dog has high anxiety. The staff was always understanding, calm with him, and knowledgable, and friendly (a vastly different experience than we had with his prior vet). A little over a year ago we moved to Asheville, NC and got a new vet down there. Unfortunately, we had to come back to CT temporarily due to Hurricane Helene. Due to the unexpected nature of this trip we had some medical needs that needed to be addressed that my vet in Asheville could not help with due to the storm. I reached out to Petcare to see if they might be able to help. While they didn’t have to, they went out of their way to make sure all of my pup’s medical needs are met while he is here in CT. It is greatly appreciated.
