It's called an animal hospital, so I thought I could bring my pet for an emergency visit. The desk staff heard me out without a word, then announced they don't take walk-ins and handed me brochures to other, actual animal hospitals.
In a lifetime of pet ownership, I don't recall ever having been met with such disinterest and lack of sympathy. At a minimum, I want my vet's staff to at least *appear* to care if my pet is unwell. I didn't expect anyone to try to change policy, but I'm also angry at how little they cared about my pet's health.

Told me my kitten was too small to treat for an eye infection and ringworm. Took him somewhere else to get a second opinion and my primary vet said there is no way that should have happened. Something shady

One of the doctors there told us to put our dog down and also told us that she wouldn’t make it over the weekend to see a cardiologist for her heart failure…Yet when we took her to the cardiologist we were told that our dog was not dying and that her heart condition could be stabilized with long term medication! I can’t imagine how many people they’ve convinced to kill their animals who likely had a chance to live with medical care!!! Shame on you!!! My family and I endured emotional distress for 5 entire days thinking our dog was dying. I wish there was a way to file a real legitimate complaint against that doctor. Do not bring your pets here. You will regret it.

Nice vet hospital but their main concern is the cash in your bank account. Vets are only fairly knowledgeable . I've seen better and more professional ones in central vet hospital in Hamden ct. I wish I took my cat there from the get go. She may still be alive..im filled with guilt

Well if my cats could rate this. They would give them zero stars ?.. but I have been coming here with my cats for over 7.5 yrs. They have taken such good care of them (cats think otherwise ?) the care plus club they offer has saved us tons of money on these vet visits. Highly recommend them. They know how to handle very feisty angry kitties lol.

They knew exactly why we were there without checking, no waiting, very thourough, and always gentle. Staff always informs me of what my pet is due for, any preventative measures etc. Very happy with care and service here.
