So the doctors and techs were great. Very open and clean. I was not a fan of being told $415 over the phone for 3 8 week old puppies to get their exams, dhpp vaccines and dewormer but got charged $740 for a $70 fecal exam for each puppy which i did not ask for (i did not bring in any poop samples for them to test) and a lepto vaccine i did not ask for either. They also said they showed me an invoice before taking us back but I did not see anything before they brought me and my puppies back, only confirmed the appointment. They also take your pet out of the room for their vaccines (my normal vet does everything in front of you) and I heard each of my puppies screaming from the back room as I was in the lobby waiting for them to be brought out. I personally will not be going back nor will be recommending this place to anyone I know.

Stay Away!!! Had our baby Zena there for an appointment for her upset stomach. They took x rays and prescribed her pain medication for her nausea. Because they did not recommend or do a ultrasound…Zena had an obstruction in her intestines. Long story short she had to go into emergency surgery to get the obstruction removed. Companion Animal Hospital could have saved Zena several days of pain, suffering and a complicated surgery if they only had done a thorough examination and ultrasound to begin with. Very Disappointed with their quality of treatment.

They truly care and help. I didn't get the same out of another place in the area. The young lady doctor is a dog person and understands. The staff is attentive, timely, and professional. UPDATE* While I still believe this young lady doctor is a good doctor, I'd like to give a strong word of CAUTION. I lost my dog do to the Librela medicine suggested and recommended here. Please do your research on this med BEFORE giving it to your dog. There are a few FB pages dedicated to real life people's experiences with this horrible med. This is not against the docs themselves BUT they're aware this med is killing dogs. Please do your homework and consider alternative to Librela.

When my sister moved to Stratford, she searched for a clean, well run vet. She visited over 5 places in our area and found Companion Animal Hospital. So when i moved it was easy. I have two dogs and a cat and they are so well taken care of by the team. Great support staff, love the vet techs and the Drs.Preli..father and daughter team. I trust them with my pups and my cat dog..you should UPDATE 2024 .. still the best vets. Lost one of my dogs and cannot express how they comforted me and my pup in her last moments. Incredible staff and excellent vets.

Dr Ken Preli has been helping me with my cat's bowels. He listens to me and has a great bedside manner with my pet. Explaining what should be done and explains again if i needed more info. Office and patient rooms have always been clean, no odd smells wafting through. Parking is great. Plenty of natural light in the waiting room. I can call and 'check up' on my girl when she has to stay there.

Companion was recommended to us by our new neighbors when we moved. We have worked with several vet centers over the years, Companion is our favorite! The staff is super friendly and our dogs are more relaxed here, appointments are always on time and I can usually get a same-day appointment
