I always have had a great experience when taking my animals here, but Dr. Jaskot is a phenomenal vet. Her attention to detail, explanations, and care with animals is truly superb! She is the only vet I trust with my animals. Additionally, every technician has been great, but Tyler is incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. These two employees are what keeps me bringing my pets here!!!

Vets are amazing, great experience with techs. Hate to leave the rating that I am, but their scheduling shows that they don’t value your time as I habitually wait 45 minutes to an hour plus to even be seen, but was late 10 minutes once due to an accident/traffic and was told i needed to reschedule (this happened months prior to the review, more examples lead to me feeling implied enough to take the time from my day to even write this). Also was diagnosed with an acl tear and was recommended surgery, got a second opinion and no surgery needed he’s running jumping and everything else as normal. Glad I didn’t put my dog through the pain and suffering of a pretty major procedure, and glad I didn’t spend over 5-7k on a surgery. Vets and techs are great for normal health services and neutering, wouldn’t recommend for any leg/hip injuries. And be sure you clear your schedule as you could be there 30 minutes or for 2 plus hours. Again, the actually vet and tech team are great at what they do, I just truly am disappointed with about every other portion of the company and its business structure and values.

I want to thank the staff for everything they did today to make my little girl Teeny RIP. They truly treated not only her( my dog) well, but gave me the comfort that I needed as well. Made me feel like they truly care . I absolutely recommend them and even donated a few things that I will no longer need for my baby girl . Staff like this is truly a blessing. Want to give an extra shout out to Grace, for my girl loved the treats you shared with her today ?.

Dr. Cruz & Amber are wonderful. They took great care of my 14 year old lab mix. Dr. Cruz was very considerate & conscious about his old age and how to best care for him.

I truly trust all the doctors at this place in Newark. They explain everything they are doing to your pet, in my case Tucker my senior dog!! They call in a few days to see if your pet is ok! I loved the care and concern they have for pets!! Thanks again!! ?

My dog had booster shots and a check-up. The people there are so great with my dog. She is a rescue and is afraid of most men, and yet she has no problem with the men at the vet. They know how to approach her and keep her calm. They explain her care and treatment plainly and clearly, so I understand. They make sure I know when her next shots are due or what else needs to be done and when.
