From the beginning it was a wonderful experience Sam and Jeremy was great. The drying process was done, but when it came to the construction part, it was horrible. The young lady that handled the calls was not attentive. They sent ppl out to cut up some of the flooring to get to the damage part, after the machines were picked up, I never heard from anyone again. Was given several numbers for construction workers, I guess in their contract to finish flooring, calls were never returned. I called the young lady, that handle the calls, I needed to know what to do, I had a damaged floor with hot water heater on top of it, she was supposed to find out what was my next steps, and of course I had to call her back a couple of days later. Here it is a month later and I’m still with a damaged floor. Never a call, just an online survey. Very disappointed and would never refer this company. Took up all my tile in kitchen area, should have just cut the damage area, if job wasn’t going to be complete, in a timely matter.

Update: The continuation of service after the mitigation team cleared our home proved to be as professional as the first team. Maria, Melissa, Candice and Yanna were very careful while packing all of our belongs and were a pleasure to work with. Jonathon, our project manager was also very professional, knowledgeable and easily accessible throughout the entire process. Thank you all for your service and completing the project on time!

If 10 stars were available I would give 10 stars. We had a pipe burst and it did major damage. The mitigation team and pack out team were amazing. They were professional, dedicated, caring and showed such concern with what we were going through. They immediately accessed the damage and kept us informed every step of the way. The employees are the epitome of what great Customer Service is and from my experience you don’t see this level of service very often.
It took weeks to do demo, dry out everything and then pack all of our belongings. The entire contents of our home had to be moved out in order to start the rebuild process. We are so grateful to all who worked at our home but would like to give a special shout out to some individuals who truly went above and beyond. Rex was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable on how to stop the progression of mold and what to do in a flood situation. His documentation is exceptional. Dee was also outstanding. He tirelessly worked extremely hard to remove debris with a smile on he face. He is respectful and polite and a joy to be around.
Melissa is amazing and has a fabulous work ethic. Her attention to detail, communication, and knowledge of the Serve Pro Processes extraordinary. She was on time every day and worked tirelessly. Her packing skills are excellent. Megan was also amazing. She was patient with me while I decided what to do with some items and did such a great job organizing, packing a tagging everything for the movers. Most of all the compassion from these four individuals on what we were experiencing shined through in all of their actions. Last but certainly not least Hagan Carraway managed the process of who was assigned to do work at our house. He accommodated all of our requests and gave advice since we have never been through anything like this.
I highly recommend Serve Pro or Columbus. They were a Godsend to us during this difficult time in our lives.
