Brought my kitten found on the street here to get all his initial shots, microchipped and neutered and am glad i chose here for his vet. The staff is all extremely friendly. The vet answered all the questions i had. I found all the routine vaccinations and neuter to be reasonably priced. They gave me a call a few days after the procedure to check in with him which i appreciate as well. He also was back to his normal self same day after the procedure and hasn’t seemed to be in any pain at all. For sure recommend this place for new kittens!

Dr T and her staff are fantastic! I drive all the way from St Cloud to get the best care for my Betty. I trust them implicitly knowing that not only does she provide the best care but also doesn’t try to sell me a bunch of services or products I don’t need. Betty got a full annual check up today, teeth cleaning and her rates are very reasonable. I love that I don’t worry because I know they are honest, fair and they truly love what they do.

I had already used this vet clinic when I first rescued a very young feral cat named April that was pregnant. Recently I took April there again because I thought she had tape worms. The female vet recommended more than $500 of tests which I thought was absurd. I've owned over 8 cats in my life and knew this was not a prudent approach. Why not start with the cheap pills for worms and see if that clears up issues, which was included in the original quote? I won't be going back

Switched vet practices recently and am SO GLAD I went with Michigan Street. The team is so welcoming, so caring, and very compassionate. I have an older pup (14 years) and was so nervous about him under going a procedure. The vet and the vet techs went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and fears. They answered the million questions I had without rushing me and they made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan before moving forward. On the day of surgery they called to let me know he when he was done and how it all went, which meant so much. The pricing is very fair and affordable. They have meds onsite and send reminders when shots are due! GREAT PRACTICE!

Dr. Heather Trusley is an amazing vet and knows what she’s doing! It took one visit with her to figure out exactly what was wrong with my cat’s digestive issues. I had gone to a different vet over 3 times and they were unable to figure out what Dr. Trusley found out in one visit! I could not be happier with Michigan Street Animal Hospital. They have a very sweet office kitty (Onion Ring) as well who was gentle and patient and would greet all the animals and people who would enter. THANK YOU!!!

Just a bunch of clueless young girls working at the front desk with absolutely no customer service skills. If you have any questions, be prepared to get an attitude from them and feel like you are a bother. Don’t even bother wasting your time here. There are many other vets that will happily answer any questions and don’t have catty ignorant people working in the front.

Dr. Heather Trusley and her staff are amazing. A friend recommended them to me and I am thankful for the suggestion. Stella, my Ragdoll cat, had to be shaved because of being badly matted and needed to be put to sleep to do it. Next visit she was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and fluid on her lungs. Stella was hyperthyroid, also. After a month, I decided it was best to put her down rather than watch her slowly deteriorate from her health problems. Dr. T and her staff were awesome throughout the whole procedure. They allowed me all the time I needed to be with her for my good-bye. I highly recommend their animal hospital.
