Solamente no puedo entender cómo pueden estar personas ser tan inhumanas y a ver dicho que no me la llevara o de pronto darme un par de horas para buscar el dinero.. les pague todo ese dinero y ni agua le dieron. Mis hijos están pasando por un dolor Tan grande no puedo creer cómo pueden existir este tipo de lugares.

They killed my best friend yesterday. Gave me a quote for $3,000. I could make $750 deposit. My cat needed to be hospitalized. They refused. He died just now in my hands. We brought in three really sick kittens. They were seen twice at a vet this week and did not get all that they needed because they kept getting worse and worse. Once in less than 24 hours. Allied was super careful and patient but also gave us some reality. They went through home care step by step. We really appreciated their kindness and compassion.

I lost my grandpup at midnight after being quoted 2400.00 and paying 500.00 my daughter and son in-law instantly was told it wasn’t nothing they could do. This place is all about the money. All they needed was a few hours to get in touch with her sister in law to get the remaining funds. We’ve never experienced such trauma until now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. Please!!!! I truly miss my grandpup she would’ve been 1 year next month. Our family will never be the same. You’ll continue to live on we know through your sister

Communication within the facility could use some sharpening. The Manager, Ms Chanel, addressed my concerns and made sure we were taken care of and satisfied. She was very empathetic and understanding to our situation. She was our blessing on our visit. Thank you so much to her and her team

I feel compelled to write this review to share my experience with Allied Veterinary Emergency Hospital after a deeply troubling and heartbreaking situation involving the care of my sister's dog Winnie. What should have been a compassionate and supportive interaction with a trusted professional turned into an incredibly painful experience, where she felt pressured by the vet to make a decision that was not based on the best interests of Winnie, but rather on financial concerns.

Our sweet Winnie was a victim in a hit-and-run. Upon arrival, the vet performed some tests and informed us that Winnie was in severe pain. We were told that extensive treatment would be required for any hope of recovery, and while the vet gave us some options, the financial implications were made clear almost immediately.

Instead of focusing on the well-being of Winnie and exploring all possible avenues, the vet heavily emphasized the high cost of treatment and suggested that euthanasia might be the best option due to financial constraints even after we provided them with a $500 deposit. The implication was clear, If my sister couldn’t afford the treatment, then it would be kinder to put the dog down. The vet's tone was not one of empathy or understanding, but rather one of pressure and frustration, as if our inability to pay was the deciding factor.

If you're a pet owner considering this clinic, I would urge you to be cautious. The role of a veterinarian is to guide and support, not to exploit financial concerns for the sake of expediency. A professional vet should offer options that prioritize the animal’s well-being, and help pet owners make informed choices based on love and care, not financial stress. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't recommend that anyone send their pet to Allied Veterinary. We sincerely hope that the clinic will take these kinds of feedback seriously and re-examine how they approach sensitive situations. Our pets are family, and their care deserves more than to be reduced to a cost-benefit analysis.

My recent experience at Allied Vet Emergency Hospital highlights their need for transparency in their financial policies. My dog, Winnie, was injured, and after taking her to the back, they required a $500 deposit to stabilize her, which we paid immediately.

About 10-15 minutes later, they informed us Winnie had internal bleeding of unknown origin and would need an X-ray, ultrasound, and blood transfusion to proceed. They also noted she had no broken bones. However, they failed to mention that none of these treatments would be started unless we paid the full estimated cost of $3,000 to $6,000 upfront and that they don't offer payment plans.

We ended up spending two and a half hours there while Winnie was in pain, only to learn they wouldn’t proceed without full payment upfront. Every 30 minutes, they gave us an "update," which, now that I reflect on it, was really just a check to see if we had managed to scrape together all the money they wanted. If they had told us that they would not treat her until we paid that entire amount when they first examined her 15 minutes in, we could have made the difficult decision to euthanize her much sooner and spared her those unnecessary hours of suffering.

My primary concern is their lack of upfront communication about financial requirements. This lack of transparency not only caused additional pain and suffering for Winnie but also intensified the stress of an already emotional situation.

Allied Veterinary ER was the best place for our dog who was attacked by another dog. We drove over an hour to get there on a Saturday evening,trying to get our dog out of pain and get him to a skilled vet. Allied did both in the quickest most caring way possible. Ronnie Hall was our intake tech. He helped our dog and us. As our dog had to stay, Allied never discouraged us from visiting our dog or calling about his status. Our dog required a lot of intensive care and Allied absolutely provided it in spades. Allied was better run than any human ER that I've ever encountered. I hope we never need their services again but if we do, there's no doubt that we would use them again. Praises all around.
