Dr. Mike & his entire staff are amazing & they love their patients. Dr. Mike is a very caring & talented Veterinarian. He built a beautiful, brand new facility to serve his patients. If you’re searching for the best doctor to take care of your loyal furry companion don’t hesitate to head over to Full Circle. Sometimes they have to not take on new patients due to their high demand, but don’t give up. They are worth it. It’s hard to find a great Vet. Dr. Mike isn’t concerned about how much money you have in your wallet, he’s only interested in doing what’s best for your pet. How many Vet’s have you seen out in the waiting room hugging a person who just lost a beloved family member, that’s Dr. Mike! The man is amazing! I wouldn’t bring my Welsh Terrier anywhere else. It’s an hour drive for me, but it’s more than worth it for the level of care, the prices & customer service. The entire staff have huge ❤️! We love them.

We love Dr M Payne! We have been with him at least ten years or more. He is a personal & very caring vet! But this morning I had a very bad experience with his receptionist - she was very rude before 8:30 am. I had left couple of voice messages with their Tech line last week - no response. Then I called again this morning and this is when I encountered the rude receptionist or whoever answered the call. She was short & impatient - its like I was bothering her. I sure hope she is having a better day!
BTW the 5 stars is for Dr Payne!

Dr Mike is the best. My Dixie girl broke her leg in 2 places and they quickly got my baby feeling much better. This is going to be a long process but praying for a quick healing for her! Thank so much to the best vet I’ve ever been too. ❤️❤️

6 year old female started peeing blood, emergency visits 2 weeks ago, found stones in bladder. Had surgery yesterday, wondrous service, great price. Dr Mike did surgery much cheaper than others. He is the best. Included medicine, and overnight. Woop woop. 5/5 rating

About a month ago I had to take my pet rat dumbo to get him euthanized because he was pretty old for a rat and hardly moving. I understand that when small animals get euthanized there is a completely different process from when you get a cat or dog euthanized and you are not able to see them or be in the same room as them during the process. But when I was there the staff were extremely disrespectful and talking loud and laughing and saw me crying at the loss of my pet but they stared at me and judged me and continued to talk loud. I also really wish I was able to have privacy,but instead we were sat in the waiting area where one of the staff members snatched dumbo and his carrier out of my hands and took him to be euthanized. I was unable to even react because of how quick she took him from me. She did not even give me the time to say good bye to him. She just snatched him from me. I had to take my cat karma to be euthanized way before dumbo and everyone was respectful and I was able to say goodbye and everything went smoothly. I get that people do not think of rats as anything other than pests but to me dumbo was my best friend and he showed alot more affection than any human I know. He did not deserve to go down like that. And I write this now because it still upsets me and I am not trying to bash this vet I just want people to understand and learn from their mistakes because if you are a vet or even vet tech you should show the same affection towards every animal that goes in there and not look down on one especially just because of the species.

Dr. Mike and the crew are always amazing. We have a lot of dogs and cats and appreciate their reasonable pricing, and down to earth practically. He isn't a pushy vet or one trying to shove unnecessary or procedures or medications on you. Clearly his goal is the welfare of the animals and that's it. I recommend this clinic highly. I've tried many and most fail to meet my expectations. Full Circle does not fail.
