Dr. Brown is amazing. Her entire team is amazing. The techs, the front desk crew all care about your pets. My Rocky wants to go their and he gets excited and happy. He was neutered, micro chipped and healed in just 7 days. I paid extra for laser to help heal faster and he was given internal stitches. We were scheduled for neutering at another vet down the street who was going to use external metal sutures and that would have been awful. I highly recommend Sumter County Animal Hospital for your pets.

Sumter county Animal hospital, is a caring facility that cares for your pets with love! They have several rooms and they are also right on point with your appointment, no long waits. The facility is very clean. The Veterinarians and Technicians are caring and loving and give their undivided attention to your pet. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! And I would most definitely recommend.

When we first walked in with our dog, Maggie, Kristen greeted us with a warm welcome and made Maggie feel very comfortable. Stephanie, the tech, was very professional, confident and also very warm and loving to Maggie. I immediately felt that we were in the right place. When Dr. Brown came into the room, she sat on the floor and examined Maggie. She took her time with us and explained her plan to treating Maggie’s skin rash. They really go out of their way to create a stress free experience for our pets. I love that they do everything in the exam room, with the owners present, instead of whisking the dogs into that scary back room (which seems to be common practice for so many vets). We left there feeling very confident that we will have a continued relationship with this group and both of our dogs.

Took my dog in to be euthanized. Ordered a private cremation, paid for a certain urn and clay paw print. Told would be ready following week. 2 weeks into this he is ready. Went to pick him up only to find the urn was not correct and there was no paw print. All they could do was say sorry had no confirmation that I was receiving the correct Ashes and admitted they missed seeing the clay paw print order on the form. Do not let this facility handle the final moments of your loved one. They could not even confirm that the ashes I received were correct don't let them do that to you also.
