Poor customer service. Worked with this office in the past with similar issues. Called to schedule an appointment for my dog to get a very basic shot that she receives on a monthly basis. They don’t have it on hand and need to order it. They said they would call me back. One week later I follow up with no positive response. Unorganized office. How can this facility call them selves an animal hospital if they can’t even keep medication on hand. Going somewhere else!

Dr Andrew Church is amazing along with all the ladies that work here ?
I had to bring in a poor little kitten that had gotten badly hurt and he didn't try to just get $ and kept it straight to me along with doing everything he could possibly do to at least try and give the baby the best chance before jumping to put to sleep either. Was VERY caring and understanding on me being upset and all the ladies also tried to help me feel better about what was happening ? The poor innocent baby ended up having to be brought back in a few days later as he declined rapidly ? and they got us right in just like the first time and helped me through having to go through that. This is now the only vet I will go to as they actually really care about the animals and owners. Not out for $ like most places, their prices are very fair and affordable especially in a emergency. I just hope they will be able to be open on Saturday and Sunday soon. But a huge THANK YOU to Dr. Church and all the ladies that helped me try to save the kitten ?️

Staff was very courteous. The rooms were clean and the Dr was really friendly and made my anxious dog feel calm. They have decent pricing and I was able to get an appointment for the following day. Definitely recommend this practice to keep you furry ones healthy.

Dr Chris Ziegler is the BEST doctor I’ve ever been to with my little old dog. VERY caring and compassionate staff members as well! I’m over the moon happy that my little guy won’t be struggling with seasonal allergies. Prices are extremely fair for the amount of work we had done. DR ZIEGLER SAT ON THE FLOOR SO MY DOG WOULDN’T BE AS ANXIOUS AROUND HIM! Dr Ziegler is a good human! THANK YOU SO MUCH ?

When we were able to get an appointment the service was good. There have been three separate occasions over the past two years when our appointments were either dropped from their system or they were not able to see our dog for over a week when we had a pressing need. Most recently we got a call to confirm an appointment and then when we arrived they told us they had no record of our appointment.

I am so grateful for all the staff that took care of my baby!! FREDDIE was so sick, and I was so scared to lose him, and they reassured me that they would do everything to make him feel better, and they did!! Excellent customer service they really care!! He is now back to his playful funny self, and I will ever be grateful!!

Absolutely the nicest staff, everyone who was there was very helpful. Dr Zeigler was informative and advised me on the best care for my pup. Taught me a few things about allergies and my dogs joints I never knew. I know my dog is in good hands. Now my dog has been diagnosed with diabetes, food, insulin and other necessities are better priced here than at Chewy online
