Since retiring my fur baby has become more special than ever before. Anytime I have had to take her here I was always greeted with smiles. They listen to my concerns patiently listening and never interrupt me.
They make me feel like they care as much about my fur baby as I do. Very comforting and thorough.
When I’m in need of a veterinarian and my regular is not available I always think of OnPoint.
I recommend them to anyone that needs an emergency veterinarian and so thankful they are here.

Absolutely the best veterinary care my pup has ever received. They were so sweet and patient. Keyarah doesn't trust strangers and they treated her so sweet and gentle. Listened and did not order unnecessary tests. I was a walk in and the wait was short and I will never take my pups to any other urgent care ! Wish they could be our primary veterinarian.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Unfortunately under the worst circumstances I had to take my sweet patches a 15yr old Dachshund in for end of Life services. He was no longer eating and was very lethargic so it was time to say goodbye but it was the day before Thanksgiving and our normal vet wouldn't be able to see him till the following Monday as their doctors were out of town. Not only was onpoint open but more than accommodating for this unfortunate service. They provide chocolate for your pet as they believe no pet should cross the rainbow bridge without tasting chocolate. They present your pet in the best way possible in tasteful packaging if you aren't doing cremation services and a magnet that with your pets final nose and paw prints. To my surprise a few days later they sent a card signed by every member of the staff along with laminated versions of the paw and nose prints. Above and beyond my expectations for this type of service much less from a supposed urgent vet care facility. 10/10. I will be using them for vet services in the future hopefully for different reasons of course

I needed a last minute appointment for my puppy concerning breathing issues and OnPoint came highly recommended by another local vet. We were checked in immediately on arrival as walk ins and were well taken care of. The staff was wonderful and the facility was immaculate. We received a text the day after as well to check in on her status which was greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for the assistance! Hopefully we don’t have another need for puppy urgent care again, but we’ll be back if we do!

Took our pup in today after a massive allergy outbreak, and they were amazing. We were greeted when I walked in, and she even said hello to our pup. We were there for a bit, but well worth it. They do their best to be welcomed by your pet while listening to everything. Their prices were better than I had anticipated. For me, it was the staff as a whole, absolutely wonderful people!!

I had a wonderful experience at On Point. My dog was seen by Dr. Garcia and his tech was Elysia and both of them were fantastic, as was the rest of the staff I spoke with while we were there. I cannot recommend this clinic enough & I am so glad they are here for this community! Kaiser is doing wonderful & is on the mend!

We had an issue with our dog over the weekend that couldn’t wait until Monday to see her regular vet, so we brought her to OnPoint. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the patience and kindness of the staff and the thoroughness of the vet. It’s clear they genuinely care about all dogs.

Our rescue pup is a very nervous mixed breed, but the team couldn’t have been more patient and caring with her. While we did experience a bit of a wait, it was understandable given that OnPoint is the only weekend vet in the county offering normal rates.

The facility itself was spotless, warm, and welcoming, which added to our positive experience. We’re so grateful for the exceptional care they provided for our girl. Although we love our regular vet, we’ll definitely keep OnPoint in mind as a trusted backup option.

Although we had to wait a significant time longer due to unforseen circumstances, our visit was wonderful! They even brought coloring pages and crayons for my kiddos. My high anxiety girl isn't too keen of the vet or most females & she did amazing...for the first time I did not have to carry her. I was extremely impressed with how patient and attentive all staff were. When we were finally seen, it was a quick process and medications were given there as well. You know that most loathe the vet bills of an urgent situation, but it was hands down the most affordable visit we've ever had. Thank you OnPoint for taking care of my big, but baby girl - she's about 10x more sassier now that she's on the mend.
