I’ve been taking my girls here since one was 3 months and the other was about 5 months. We moved further from here but continue to come. Our expectations are always exceeded and we trust our girls are in good hands. The front desk team is very helpful and have good communication. Dr. Smiley is a great doctor who makes sure our needs are met. She takes her time in examining and provides helpful information. Shout out to Antinique and Marcus for treating our girls super special, always being friendly with us, and having patience every time with a good attitude. ? would recommend this vet. Worth the price for the care and attention you get!

Our Kai Kai has been going to Dixie Animal Hospital since he was 12 weeks old. He is now a 5yr healthy pup. DAH is simply awesome (pricey but worth every penny). Their customer service - thank you front desk, you are best in class. They call us the day after to check on Kai. The Vet Techs are loving, caring and extremely knowledgable. And the Vets are second to none. Everybody goes above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with DAH. Kai says THANKS for caring so much about him and us. Be blessed and wag on ? ...

I've been taking my dog to this vet for 3+ years and I've never seen the same veterinarian or vet tech twice. Every time I take my dog for a check up or illness, I am dealing with a different person. It is impossible to build a rapport and have the vet get to know your pet (so that not only do you feel comfortable with them but your pet does too). Also, my last visit involved annual blood work. The latest vet called me the next afternoon (a Friday) and left a message that they wanted to review the results of the bloodwork. A vet tech called me Saturday to see if I had spoken with the vet, I told her I hadn't had a chance to call her back and would call her Monday. Her response was that there was a problem with the blood work and I probably needed to bring my dog back in for a retest. When I asked what exactly was the problem, she said, "I'm not authorized to tell you." So, I had to wait and worry until Monday. Sorry, but who does that? Thankfully, it turned out to be nothing to be concerned about, but I wouldn't have known this from the discussion with the tech on Saturday. I give 3 stars because even with these issues, I can't say that I feel like the care my dog has been given is substandard, I just feel that there are opportunities to improve the customer experience here.

Dixie Animal Hospital has been very thorough. Dr. Pegelow explained suggested options thoroughly and was patient answering our questions. He follows up the next day to check in on my dog. It shows that he has a big heart for the animals. Thank you. The gals and guys at the front desk and assisting in the back office also have a big heart. Very sweet to my dog. Thank you.

When my dog had a scary episode of pancreatitis not even a month into living here, Dixie Animal Hospital was a lifesaver! They got us in same day and continued to provide awesome care for my senior dog, we were there frequently due to skin allergies. In the last few months I had with my dog, Dr. Servito provided such compassionate care at what was a very tough time for us.
A year later, a stray cat adopted us and I brought her in for a visit to make sure she was healthy and to get her vaccines. Dr. Smiley was great, answered all my questions, and gave me valuable information. Everyone from the techs to the doctors to the office has been wonderful for my many appointments over the past few years!
