Took my doggy Nemo here and they were incredible!! Accommodated the fact that he is leash reactive with other dogs and made sure he had a stress free experience with little dog interaction. Communicated with me through every step of the process. Everyone was so kind and informative. I will be bringing Mr. Nemo back in the future!

Went to my dogs scheduled appointment only to be told that the Vet quit the day before. We live almost an hour away they didn't have the decency to call us that our appointment was canceled. They said we would have to wait 3 hours to see our dog. The worst is our dog possibly have Valley fever and her longs are full of pneumonia. Thanks for not having any compassion.

I cannot recommend Sun Lakes Chandler Animal Clinic enough! From the friendly faces who greet you, to the cleanliness, organization, and excellent communication…I am so glad we found it and Dr Greenway took above and beyond care (along with the rest of the staff) of our dog getting his tumor removed. I knew he was in good hands the moment we walked in. Answered all my questions and kindly presented all the options with no pressure. Thank you all so much!

Thank you to each and every one of you for taking great care of our Sherlock!

Sherlock went in with what we expected to be a broken toe. Sure enough, x-rays did confirm it. They got his foot wrapped, put a cone on him, and gave him meds. By his next weekly checkup, Sherlock developed Dermatitis. The foot wrap was removed, cone stayed on, and he was put on antibiotics along with his inflammatory and pain meds. By our third weekly checkup, the Dermatitis was healed and his cone could come off (under a watchful eye, of course). We got the all clear for his broken toe to heal on its own with a checkup in the future, if needed. Dr. Greenway is awesome - she was very forward with what was going on with Sherlock and we appreciated that. Caleb is a funny and calming soul in that office - he was able to get our overly excited boy to relax while taking his temperature and let Dr. Greenway look at his foot without having to sedate him! Tina checked on Sherlock after every visit by call or text! The staff here is unbeatable!!

To the amazing staff at Sun Lakes Chandler Animal Clinic - Tina, Sharon, Michelle, Dr. Barber, Dr. Greenway, and Caleb... thank you so much for helping us get Sherlock on the mend to being his excited and wild self again!

I just took my beautiful Siamese cat for a regular checkup and a routine vaccination and it was AMAZING!!! The whole office was full of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet!!? Caleb was the sweetest!! He was so gentle and caring with my little fur baby, I explained how bad of an experience I had with my previous vet and how he mistreated me and my kitty. He assured me that they would handle her with the best care possible and they totally did. My baby was so chill and was not freaking out like she had at our last vet’s office….And a few girls would pop in our room saying that they heard there was a beautiful kitty in here they just had to stop by and say “hi” they would pet her and leave!!?
I had such a wonderful experience and Dr. Barley was also so sweet with my baby. I am just so happy I found this clinic! This is definitely my clinic from now on!! ✨

Been coming here for a couple of years - this past month was very different - enough that we won’t come back. Our 13 year old pity Rosie needed a mass removed on her belly - pre op we told it would be less expensive to have her teeth cleaned and do the surgery vs just do the surgery due to the sedation charge for the surgery alone would be more. Hmm - even though her teeth were cleaned less than a year ago. Was sold on multiple meds and supplements for arthritis (not what we’re were there for) -
Came back the next week for the surgery - paid what we agreed - came back a few days later as Rosie developed a bladder infection / UTI. Was very distressed since the surgery- couldn’t settle down - panting etc- $400 for urine test and meds for the infection. 5 days later infection was back - this time they said they needed to have her urine cultured and gave us stronger meds - again about $475 (ok included her annual vaccinations) and nothing to address her unsettled behavior - still panting- not sleeping- - a few days later was told the culture needed to be re ran - prescribed more antibiotics (another $50). We called them a week later and was told the culture was negative. We called and asked to have something prescribed for Rosie to calm her down - they refused unless we brought her in for an office visit. - WOW - she’s been there 4 times in 3 weeks and you want more money - very sad- won’t be back - be aware
