This is my Cookie, the cutest dog in Volusia County. Well today she was hit by a car. Needless to say along with my dog I was traumatized. Well Dr Krudop and the Spring Oaks Crew took care of Us! As if we were one of there own. From Kim and Janice checking us in, Carrie and Amanda comforting me, and Tanya easing my financial woes. Listen for Great pet care, and empathy I wouldn’t trust my Cookie to anyone else. Better than Allstate she was in Great hands…….

Love this vet clinic! We adopted two very sick puppies almost a year ago, and when they were looking worse instead of better as promised by the shelter, the prognosis was not good. The vet fought just as hard as we did, and the pups recovered - pretty much miraculously! Each staff member has been the most helpful and respectful, and you truly feel like family. Now when we visit with the dogs, the staff is always excited to see how well they're doing now. <3 Highly recommend for the expertise, the care and how quickly they work to meet your needs.

We moved to the area a few months ago and worried about finding a new vet to handle our crazies. I had my first visit and everyone was kind and calm and patient with my crazy Xena. She’s a handful and I’m impressed at how patient and understanding they were with her. I’m glad we found them!

After being hesitant on choosing a Vet for our new, yet very much loved kitty Maelo, I can not express enough how glad I am about choosing Spring Oaks. We had the pleasure of having Dr. Krudop take care of us. He was very humble and caring, gave us option's and advice but never forceful on trying to make us spend more money then needed. On our second visit he had blood work done, I was very impressed when I received a call from Dr. Krudop himself informing the results of the blood work. He then scheduled our kitty's neuter, giving me an estimate pricing with low and high end, so I would know what to expect. Everything went smoothly and I ended up paying much less then expected, we were literally in and out in approximately three hours, got home, kitty acted as if nothing had happened and was his normal crazy self. They even called me next day to make sure my baby was well. Thank you, I couldn't be more grateful!!!!

I found Spring Oaks when I was dog sitting for a friend and was so impressed that I changed from my THIRD vet to Spring Oaks for my older Pomeranian Missy. The service and caring we received for the last couple of years, for her end of life care, was phenomenal. I would highly recommend them. Should I have another pet in the future, I will go back. To say that Spring Oaks is AMAZING would be an understatement!! I can't put in words how thankful I am for them! They are compassionate, patient, honest and respectful! While I have had a wonderful experience with ALL the staff, I have to give a huge shout out to: Kim, Dr. Krudop and Kaylyn!!! In May my 2 yr old chocolate lab, Bentley, became ill. It came on sudden and in a matter of days he was rapidly declining. After spending all night at the emergency animal hospital and thousands of dollars later with no diagnosis, the next day I reached out to them and I knew when Kim answered the phone, I called the right place!! They got me in the same day and Dr. Krudop made an immediate dx : A rare form of autoimmune anemia. (IMHA) He started him on a treatment regimend and Bentley showed improvement by the next morning and then continued drastically improving! Dr. Krudop, Kaylyn and Kim are so patient and kind, they take time with you, answer any questions and help ease your worries! Fingers crossed my Bentley is now in full remission and back to his spunky self! They all love Bentley there and I have to say he knows he has a fan club! Lol! Even though every 2-3 weeks he had to go get a blood draw and he knew what was in store...he is still so excited to go see them! That says alot as he tends to be an anxious dog! From the bottom of my heart...Thank you so much!!! I recommend spring oaks to everyone I know that has furr-family members!! ❤️❤️❤️
