I have been thoroughly impressed with Olive Branch and Dr. Sprayberry! My dog had her first wellness visit with Dr. Sprayby recently. He and his team were kind, patient, informative, gentle with my pet, and very thorough with the exam. I feel at ease knowing I have found quality veterinary care for my 2 year old dog. After trying a couple places, and just not being in love with either, I was keeping my expectations low. But Olive Branch was impressive! Highly recommend. My dog also has been boarded several times at the play and stay, and has always recieved excellent care. That was one of the main reasons I wanted to try out the vet clinic.

Where do I even begin? Our sweet rescue kitty Jackie was diagnosed with Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma by our local vet. This cancer diagnosis generally has very poor overall prognosis. Once obtaining this diagnosis and being told that standard treatment for this cancer consists of Radiation and or Chemo and or Jaw removal I knew these were all treatments that I did not want to submit my baby girl too. Upon doing research I discovered a newer immunotherapy vaccine option as a form of cancer treatment. I felt as though this would be the least harmful and tolerable treatment with generally minimal side effects. While it is still a newer treatment I felt this would be worth a shot without subjecting our baby to harmful side effects with more standard cancer treatments. As soon as I learned about this immunotherapy treatment called Torigen I did a quick google search to see which Vets in my state offered this treatment and Dr. Sprayberry’s Olive Branch Hospital was one of the few that offered it. After I went on his website read up on his clinic and saw his positive reviews I just knew he was the one to help us in this dire situation. Even though Pensacola is far from where we live we knew we would do anything we could to help our sweet Jackie no matter what distance. Previously I had appts scheduled with other oncologists near me but the truth was they’re availability was so far out I feared she wouldn’t make it or make a turn for the worst if I waited for those other appts. Time was of the essence and we knew we had to move quickly. As soon as Dr. Sprayberry’s office received her records they were willing to accommodate her within the next day which was so impressive. They gave us an appt within just days of my call which we were so appreciative of! We packed our bags and did a 9 hour to Olive Branch Hospital. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed in by his friendly and warm staff and taken in immediately! His practice is clean, modern and very aesthetically pleasing as well! From the moment we spoke with him he was very kind, transparent and assuring. We just knew we could trust him. He has extensive experience working with complex and rare cases. Dr. Sprayberry accommodated Jackie for Surgery promptly the next day for her Tumor excision part of which would be used for the development of her tailored immunotherapy vaccine series. Given the location of Jackie’s Tumor in a delicate area of the palate and bucal. He wanted to make sure to preserve the integrity of our babies face while making sure he could remove from the soft tissue without compromising her jaw. He debulked the tumor successfully and as you can see in her photo above you would never even know she had extensive removal just the day before! He welcomed us into his practice and made us feel at home as we endure this challenging diagnosis. He was accessible for her post operatively and checked in on her regularly to make sure she was fairing well. After all of this extensive work Jackie has been pepped up with a twinkle in her eyes that I hadn’t seen since before her diagnosis. She is jumping around and has excellent appetite and stamina again. We look forward for her exciting journey with the upcoming Immunotherapy. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.? Dr. Sprayberry is an Angel ?. I would recommend this place to anyone! If I ever had something come up in the future with a different animal as well with cancer etc I would come back again in a heartbeat!

Dr. Sprayberry is very personable and talks with you throughout the visit. He got down on the ground to examine my old pup on her level and was very kind. He explains the available options and is constantly talking with with others in his field and doing continuing education so he can present you with all the information you would like. The staff is always incredibly nice and attentive. My dog loves to walk around the large, fenced in area after visits and get all the sniffs and do her business. They have disposable baggies and a trash can ready for your needs.

This is a Top notch pet hospital! We have used this vet for both of our dogs over the years and have had nothing but great experiences here! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the play N stay is also great! We don’t love leaving our dogs when we can help it but they always take great care of our dogs when we are away! If you are looking for vet we highly recommend Olive Branch Pet Hospital!

I've been going to Olive Branch since 2012. Wonderful, wonderful vet. The entire staff is very knowledgeable. They are a smidge on the pricier side but I won't go anywhere else. Even my puppers love it there (the little is slowly learning to love it)!

We switched to Olive Branch from another veterinary provider, who was very good, but not as experienced. My neighbor recommended Dr. Sprayberry for my pets who both have IBD. This place did not disappoint. The facility is clean, spacious and updated. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Sprayberry's experience is what we were looking for. He will take the time needed with each animal he cares for. For us this is quite a drive, but well worth it. You will get the most recent treatments available, and the most experience in the field.

We are very protective over our dog and she has had a lot of medical issues ranging from skin irritations to issues needing surgery. Dr. Sprayberry and Dr. Karous were very helpful in treating our dog and I trust them both completely. They also have a doggie daycare/boarding facility on site which is the only place I trust to board my dog. I highly recommend this vet for your fur-baby!!
