I’m honestly considering having this office become my pup’s primary vet.
Our vet was out sick and we went to another animal hospital. When it was found my dog had a blockage in his small intestine, they called around and found that Navy Blvd was able to take us and perform surgery that day. Dr. Mayti has been so amazing. He even called on Sunday night just to check in on my dog. At our last visit he asked me to keep in touch to give him an update in a couple weeks. The doctors and staff here are wonderful and obviously care about our pets tremendously.

This is a great veterinary and it has been a blessing for us and my dog Mimi for the last 2 years. I would recommend them to anyone in this area. The staff is great and prices. The staff is amazing because they don't try to force anything. My dog is still alive because they heard me out and helped us make the right decision to keep her alive for awhile longer. Oh my gosh! My dog, Willie, LOVES this place. She goes for grooming every 6 to 8 weeks. As soon as we head in the direction of the Vet, she gets excited. We literally run to the appointment, and she prances all over the office while I check her in. When I pick her up, she looks and smells terrific. The staff are friendly, easy to work with, and really accommodating. They treat my dog like she is family! (Obviously this photo is PRE-grooming, as we were running to the appointment) I just added the post grooming photo. Skylar is a miracle worker!

Just relocated to Pensacola a couple of months ago and were on the lookout for a local vet for our Golden Doodle. Thankfully, we stumbled upon Navy Boulevard Animal Hospital! Dr. Charlie Matyi and his assistant provided exceptional consultation and service for Brownie's yearly ear infection. They offered hands-on guidance on preventive measures to avoid future occurrences. The team exhibited immense kindness, care, and expertise. Overall, a stellar 5-star experience!

While evacuating from Panama City in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, our precious, 16 year old beauty, Brandie, had a stroke. She couldn't stand up and was not comfortable. We took her to be evaluated and assessed at this Veterinary Clinic. The whole staff showed caring, compassion and attention to our needs during our suffering. We had to choose to let go of our sweet Brandie. The staff was sympathetic and helpful as well as attentive to our needs. They even worked in a visit for our other fur baby, Bella, as we had evacuated and forgotten her meds for congestive heart failure. I will never forget the care and compassion they showed us in our time of need. We are grateful.

Dr. Russel and our vet tech Brooke were so sweet to my precious little baby Mila! They both took their time to fully explain everything to me and made me and my doggie feel very special and taken care of! I would highly recommend using this vet!!!!

Per my previous review, I decided to call them and just ask a few questions. They were more than happy to go over the entire exam with me over the phone since the vets only went over areas of concern (coat and weight).. after this phone call I feel much better about coming here. I appreciate you taking the time to go over everything with me and for not making me feel bad for being a helicopter pet parent. If you guys ever have questions about your visit or want more information about your pets health, they are more than happy to go over the details!

i really hate to make a negative review, but if you want someone who appreciates your business and respects you and your fur babies, please go somewhere else. it took weeks to get them to just pick up their phone and then today (2/13) they called me and left a voicemail to tell me not to feed my cat after midnight because he has a grooming appointment at 8:15 AM (2/14). they then called me back a few hours later to then inform me that the groomer is no longer able to take my cat tomorrow and would have to push my appointment all the way until march. at arrival for the appointment with my cat to get his vaccines, nobody was at the front desk and we sat waiting for someone to come greet us. then during the appointment, the vet nearly forgot to even listen to his heart & then when i said he would go into the kennel on his own she proceeded to shove him forcefully into the kennel. i ignored that because I didn’t feel like causing an issue and just wanted to leave. we are going to take our business elsewhere even if it means paying double. at least then i might be respected as a customer.
